Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5669 is to be contained in a 5 m x 5 m containment cell and provided with proper bedding, furniture and bathroom. Entertainment consisting of books, games and electronics are to be provided and changed every 8 weeks. SCP-5669 is provided 3 meals a day and is allowed extra snacks when desired. Over a period of 45 minutes a day, a staff member is to enter the containment cell and engage in conversation with SCP-5669 and join her in any requested activities.

Any staff entering SCP-5669's cell needs to have a calm mind and a relaxed attitude. If there is no available staff who can ensure this, it's advised to engage with scp-999 first, before entering SCP-5669's containment cell. Personnel are also advised not to argue or discuss matters near SCP-5669, as this might trigger transformation.

Description: in normal state, SCP-5669 has the appearance of a female around 15-16 years old. SCP-5669 has no distinctive features in her normal appearance, aside from her hair and irises, which are both an unnatural shade of bright red. The hair reaches to SCP-5669's waist and is also unable to cut through, despite its soft texture, and must be pulled directly from the skull to obtain samples. Obtaining hair samples will always cause small bleeding and cause distress and agitation to SCP-5669. Research to said sample has found out that the hair growing on the skull contain DNA which is vastly different from DNA extracted from tissue and bodily hair samples. Foundation research has not yet discovered what's causing the abnormal color and toughness. Interviews with SCP-5669 haven't given any information, as she did not seem to be aware of the difference.
SCP-5669 appears to have a rather sweet and affectionate personality in her normal form, and will attempt to make conversation with any nearby personnel. Her preferred subjects seem to be food items and animals. SCP-5669 allowed a personnel member as a conversation partner 45 minutes  a day.

SCP-5669 is capable of detecting rage in people. When exposed to anger in whatever form within  50 meters, SCP-5669 will undergo drastic changes in appearance and behavior. This transformation will get triggered whether she notices anger visually or by hearing. SCP-5669 will grow red scales on approximately 60% of her body, covering the entire area below the waist, the sides of the body, the chest and the hands and underarms. These scales are similar to those of a shark and can cause serious tissue damage when rubbed toward the sharp edges. SCP-5669 will also grow sharp claws on her fingers and toes, which can be used to hold on to sheer walls and even ceilings. Furthermore, SCP-5669's teeth will sharpen into fangs and her eyes will turn black, except for the irises, which will remain red. Lastly, SCP-5669's hair will sharpen in spikes pointing in multiple directions. Observers have described it as 'similar to a hedgehog or porcupine, but it continuesly seems to wave'.
When transformed, SCP-5669 will attempt to viciously attack anyone in its vicinity. SCP-5669 will move toward its target in a quatropedal fashion and attempt to maul the victim to death using its claws and teeth. SCP-5669 also gains a significant increase in speed and strength. SCP-5669 has never been seen attacking more than 8 people before calming down. If any more people show feelings of anger, frustration or rage, SCP-5669 will simply ignore it. When it has calmed down, SCP-5669 will regain her sapient and show great remorse for her actions, either by crying, staring at her blood-stained claws in visible shock or screaming in distress. Over the cause of 2 hours, SCP-5669 will slowly regain her humanoid form. Attempts have been made to teach SCP-5669 to control her wild form, but all have proven ineffective, as SCP-5669 seems to forget every incident within the course of 8 hours. When shown the place of the incident or casualty, SCP-5669 will show aversion and anxiety, but will not recall anything. Attempts to make SCP-5669 recall her deeds have been terminated for now, as to not trigger another transformation, although SCP-5669 has never been seen transforming twice in the span of 12 hours.

Addendum 5669-1:
On proposal of Dr. Manston, SCP-5669 was put in a chamber together with SCP-999 for the purpose of interaction. 2 minutes after the first contact, SCP-5669 was exposed to strong rage by 2 D-class personnel who were ordered to throw a fit at each other. SCP-5669 stared at her targets, but before she transformed, SCP-999 managed to calm her down by snuggling her leg. For the rest of the test, SCP-5669 ignored the D-class personnel and instead interacted with SCP-999, playing with it like a pet.
