Item XXXX: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be secured with a barb-wire fence 400 meters from the artifact to prevent civilians from entering SCP-XXXX. 8 snipers must be placed in sniper towers surrounding SCP-XXXX in a 200 meter radius around SCP-XXXX to prevent instances of SCP-XXXX-1 from exiting SCP-XXXX. Snipers should have ammunition delivered regularly to their position. Should more then 2 instances of SCP-XXXX-1 get within 50 meters of the snipers, the snipers are unable to terminate instances of SCP-XXXX-1, or ammunition cannot be delivered for more than twelve (12) hours, a containment breach will be declared, and Foundation Mobile Task Force Theta-90 will be deployed to terminate all instances of SCP-XXXX-1.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an abandoned nuclear power plant located in ██████, Canada. No records of it's construction exist, municipal, provincial, or national. Despite being inactive, smoke is still released from the smoke stacks of SCP-XXXX. No signs of radiation can be detected from distances farther from SCP-XXXX than 150 meters. However, when a creature weighing more than 4 KG enters the space within 150 meters of SCP-XXXX, it will be affected by radiation equivalent to 10Gy. After approximately 4 minutes of being within this zone, creatures resembling humans in advanced stages of decomposition, also known as SCP-XXXX-1, will exit SCP-XXXX in groups of five to twelve, and pursue the creature, now referred to as SCP-XXXX-2. Upon reaching SCP-XXXX-2, the group of SCP-XXXX-1 will proceed to kill SCP-XXXX-2, and then re-enter SCP-XXXX. Expeditions into SCP-XXXX have not seen any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 inside SCP-XXXX.
