Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5190 is an entity of 2 forms, which it displays at the same time. The first form is a humanoid, however, it cannot physically interact with anything. Its second form was 3 microscopic spheres orbiting each other. When the spheres do touch, however, you have 5 seconds to get it back under the magnetic pull before it [REDACTED]. If this happens, the universe will collapse into the entity, and a new universe will be created. However, due to unfortunate events, the magnetic field was cut off by an energy surge emitting from 5190, the entity now only has [REDACTED] seconds before it destroys everything. 5190 is contained in a standard Humanoid Containment Cell in Containment Sector-03 at Site-19.

An electromagnet must be present at all times, as it prevents the spheres from touching. Any personnel that enters 5190's Containment Cell will experience radiation sickness and will have to be incinerated. Any personnel who has spoken to the humanoid figure has experienced the same effects and must be incinerated to [REDACTED].

To transport the main entity you must place 5190 into a Class IV Containment Container, for the humanoid entity, it needs a Class III Restriction Harness and be monitored by no less than 3 guards. The Containment Cell must be supervised by no less than 5 guards.

Description: After speaking to the humanoid figure, it revealed that the main entity has been around for [REDACTED] years, and has created a million variations of the universe. SCP-5190 arrived at Site 19 on April 19th, 2006 and was pulsating. The humanoid figure is on average about 1.8 meters in height, however, the height changes based on time of day.

The color of the main entity changes based on time of day, at 6:27-6:30 A.M. it changes from black to bright yellow, and reverts to black from 6:27-6:30 P.M. The cause for this may be for the entity to keep track of time. No attempts have been made by 5190 to escape
