Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-3219 is to be kept in a lead safe at all times with no fewer than two guards with level 4 clearance posted outside SCP-3219's containment cell. One guard is to be equipped with a Geiger counter to keep watch over radiation level emitted from SCP-3219. Guards are to be rotated every four hours and checked for radiation poisoning by medical staff before returning after treatment.
Description:
SCP-3219 is a stainless steel analog wristwatch 4cm in length and 24.5cm from each end of the long strap made of synthetic rubber. The watch has one input dial erecting from the right side of the watch. The wristwatch is branded ███████ with no visual differences of that of other wristwatches of its model.
Other then the radiation, it's other anomalous effects only occur when worn by a subject and the right input dial is turned. When turned clockwise the subject will rapidly age and counterclockwise they with become younger. Subjects who turn the dial counterclockwise and become younger will lose all memories and specific nerve bonds formed in that time. Turning it back after doing so reverses the effect 60.8 percent of the time. Subjects die from rapid dehydration due to the sudden expansion back. Heavy hydration beforehand can increase chances of survival to 86 percent of the time.

Subject: D-48327
Procedure: Subject D-48327 is placed in lead lined room with a single fluorescent bulb overhead and one table with a remote speaker, microphone and SCP-3219 on top of it. Subject is ordered to put on SCP-3219. Subject obeyed and was ordered to turn the dial counterclockwise. Subject turns the dial, they cry out suddenly. Researcher asks what is wrong. D-48327 can be heard hyperventilating. "Where am I?" D-48327 asks in a frightened tone. The researcher asks subject to turn the dial of his watch clockwise. "W-Why? Who are you? Where the hell am I?". Researcher repeats order again. Subject says fine in an angry tone. A sharp inhale can be heard and subject is heard falling the floor. D-48327 doesn't respond to researcher after multiple attempts. Recovery team finds D-48327 shriveled up.
Later analysis shows D-48327 died from sudden dehydration.
To carry out any further testing you must have level 4 clearance and get permission from two 05 members.
