Special Containment Procedures: Web crawlers have been set to scan for keywords and phrases concerning SCP-626-PH and its articles. All information on the internet regarding SCP-626-PH is to be tracked and deleted. All persons with knowledge of SCP-626-PH are to be interrogated and amnesticized.

Access to SCP-626-PH is not to be attempted outside of controlled experiments. Armed guards must be present during the experiments at all times. SCP-626-PH-1 instances are to be terminated on sight. Articles from SCP-626-PH are not to be recorded beyond their lead sections. In the event that an SCP-626-PH-2 instance manifests, the personnel viewing SCP-626-PH is to be considered KIA and the site is to be evacuated. Personnel are not to engage with SCP-626-PH-2.

Following Incident 626-PH-01-02A, browsing personnel must be given Class-A amnestics after each experiment, and further information from SCP-626-PH's articles is no longer to be recorded.

Description: SCP-626-PH is an anomalous fork of the website Wikipedia. The URL for SCP-626-PH is different each time the site is visited and cannot be used twice to access the site. Investigation into patterns regarding the URLs is ongoing. SCP-626-PH is not indexed by any known search engines. The only known method of accessing SCP-626-PH is via Procedure-6263-01-02 as outlined in Document-626-PH-01.

The articles of SCP-626-PH are cognitohazardous to various degrees and pertain to a variety of would-be anomalous phenomena. The majority of known articles have been falsified, and the verified minority have been classified as SCP objects in their own right. These include SCP-████, SCP-███-PH and SCP-███.

SCP-626-PH-1 are hostile entities which appear from nearby unobserved locations with the intent to terminate those that browse SCP-626-PH for extended periods of time. SCP-626-PH-1 instances will not manifest or unmanifest while under any known form of observation. No objects on the person of an SCP-626-PH-1 instance have displayed obvious transport capabilities. This makes the process by which they manifest unknown. Simply closing the website and vacating the vicinity will deter SCP-626-PH-1 instances from further pursuit. Standard Euclid-class containment cells are effective in containing instances and testing has shown that they are sapient, but attempts at interrogation have so far proven fruitless.

  • The Great Lakes Incident (Non-Cognitohazardous, Falsified)

Description: The Great Lakes Incident was a naval battle that took place across all five Great Lakes on the Canadian-US border from 2007 to 2011. The incident started when reports of a navy that appeared mysteriously in Lake Huron were alerted to Canadian authorities on October 23rd 2007. The soldiers that occupied these ships were a previously undiscovered species between humanoid and amphibian in appearance, possessing multiple heads, and able to withstand conventional weaponry. Autopsies showed that despite their appearance, they did not share any genetic markers with any known species of mammal or amphibian. Upon their manifestation onto Lake Huron, they immediately began invading all five of the Great Lakes, their first attacks resulting in an estimated 130,000+ casualties. Only through the use of explosives and chemical weapons by the US Army were the creatures destroyed.

  • Eye in the Sky (Mild Cognitohazard, Image Redacted, Pending)

Description: The Eye in the Sky is a large eye measuring from 1°14' to ███° in angular diameter that appears in the sky every so often, usually during violent storms. When it appears, it is advised not to look at it under any circumstances. The only exception to this rule is for those who have been forsaken and absolutely need to. You’ll know if you need to.

  • The Man Inside Your Head (Moderate Cognitohazard, Image Redacted, Verified)

Description: The man inside your head is a [DATA EXPUNGED]. Knowledge of his existence is a memetic hazard that will gradually disable the unconscious brain functions that keep him restrained. It is imperative that you reenable these functions with the use of Class-Ω amnestics. Below are instructions for creating and self-administering such amnestics.

Note: Class-A amnestics have proven sufficient against 'The man inside your head', now classified SCP-███-PH. The production or use of Class-Ω amnestics for any purpose is forbidden without authorisation from Level 4 or above staff.
