Description: SCP-XXXX is a Microcassette M-560V Voice Recorder that appears to have "DON'T PLAY" written on it with a black marker. SCP-XXXX appears to have some significant damage which appears to be due to aging and inactivity. SCP-XXXX cannot be opened with or without pressing the supposed button that is usually required to open the tape recorder. When a human subject is within roughly 7-6 feet SCP-XXXX activates and starts playing despite there being no tape inside of it. SCP-XXXX will begin playing a soft melody that often draws the human subject towards it. SCP-XXXX seems to have notably different responses and music to different people.
Throughout the very beginning of SCP-XXXX playing music, the subject will begin to see sights and hear sounds that are appealing to them. However, after about 3-5 minutes the soft melody that SCP-XXXX started emitting will then start distorting over time, often turning into various unnerving whispers and or multiple distorted disagreeable tunes being played over each other, sometimes SCP-XXXX even starts emitting ██████. The visual sights and sounds become progressively and deeply unsettling causing the subject to mentally decay throughout the experience. The subject throughout this portion exhibits feelings of extreme fear and paranoia.
After long enough the subject appears to enter a state of shock and on rare occasions cardiac arrest which seems to always result in death for the subject even if the proper procedures are done swiftly enough.
