Special Containment Procedures:SCP-4964 has been contained in a few places around Wing-62, because of it's dangerous actions, it has to be kept in one of the strongest containment cells. It cannot have any source of light because SCP-4964 can gain enough power to break through most objects ever made. If it has a being in a 50ft radius without a containment suit, it will do its work and find a way to destroy that being. This is the reason it is contained with a closed wing and no contact allowed.

DescriptionSCP-4964 is described different looking from every person whom has ever seen it, it transforms for every person to the item from their past life of an item that killed a family member from when they were alive (if it applies), or if the person hasn't had a person of family die, it will transform to an item to show the person how they will die, then killing them a few seconds later.
