Special Containment Procedures: Object is to be stored in a Renax type containment lock inside local Site Annomalous Storage (SiAS) room. Object doesn't require guarding personnel, because of SiAS already being guarded. Only personnel with Level-2 clerance may access said lock using their clerance keycard. From now on Level-3 personnel and higher can access it with direct permission of SiAS administration personnel assigned to SCP-5848 (Currently █████ ██████)1. Every usage of SCP-5848 is to be noted on a document file, which can be found inside object's lock. Each usage log should contain date of usage, personnel name and departamental rank, purpose of usage and in special cases, signature of supervisor. Any abusal of the object should be reported to SiAS administration. All the test including SCP-5848 should include special electromagnetic waves detector, found in Xenor type Testing Chamber.
Description: SCP-5848 is a small wooden bittern toy colored with yellow pain for wooden furniture. It was established that the entity is 2 centimeters (~0.78 inch) wide and 3 (~1.18) in hight. Object is saucer shape with a short cylider coming from center part and end of the same shape, but shorter. It was found by Foundation Agent on 04 of June 20██ a local toy shop placed in ████████ City in eastern England. During transport of the object electric compoments in the ███ started breaking which resulted ██████ and ████ with another car. Object was later recovered. Many test showed up that spinning SCP-5848 somehow produces small electromagnetic waves that can be detected by nearby devices.

SCP-5848 has produced Huge Electromagnetic Pulses (EMP's) that resulted Site-██ power blackout and temporary and pernament damage of electronic compoments in 5km radius and █ seconds in 10km radius. Effects have been sensed in a ███████ City near said Site. Undercover Field Agents send by foundation quickly calmed civilians and applied Class B and C amnestics to those who were ivestigating accident. Researcher Connor Aston was temporarly suspended, because of few shortcomings in the secure testing protocol. D-3342 was assigned to Keter Testing list and given Class E ammnestic (By the order of Site Director █████ ███████). D Personnel died 2 weeks later, because of side effects of givien ammnestic. Containment Procedures were changed, because of this accident.
