Description:
SCP-XXX upper half is that of a tanned Arabic male in his teens, while its lower half is that of an African rock python, SCP-XXX is 1.8 meters tall and 8 meters long SCP-XXX has mid back-Length black hair and eyes similar in colour and appearance to that of an emerald tree boa. SCP-XXX wears black eyeliner and jewellery similar to that of ancient Egyptians, however SCP-XXX refuses to wear clothes as it finds them incredibly uncomfortable.
Scp-XXX speaks with a very calm and seductive tone and acts very flirtatious around staff especially towards male personnel, however don’t let this fool you as SCP-XXX can be incredibly manipulative, duplicitous and persuasive. SCP-XXX has also been seen to be incredibly skilled in lying and so staff are needed to be prewarned about this before Interviews begin, SCP-XXX has also shown to be incredibly aggressive and dangerous during feeding time and so staff are warned not to disturb SCP-XXX during this time period.
SCP-XXX is able to hypnotise anyone who looks at it for longer than 10 minutes, however if that person is wearing sunglasses or a light is flashed into SCP-XXX eyes the hypnosis effect wears off completely, its suggested that SCP-XXX hypnosis needs perfect eye contact to be of any effect. However when someone is hypnotised SCP-XXX will begin to hum an unknown lullaby after this SCP-XXX will request the subject to fall asleep when asked about this SCP-XXX responds with “You can’t run when your asleep” it's been tested however that SCP-XXX hypnosis effect wears off after 10 minutes if SCP-XXX is 9 feet away from the subject.
SCP-XXX has shown to be incredibly strong being able to crush its prey with 400 kg of pressure, however due to all this bulk SCP-XXX is incredibly slow moving usually reaching 12 miles per hour on land.
SCP-XXX has shown to have blurred vision and so uses its echolocation to move around its environment by sticking out its forked tongue like how modern snakes do, however loud noises like car alarms and smoke alarms have been shown to interfere with SCP-XXX echolocation and puts it in a state of shock, when eating SCP-XXX will bite its victims neck and drain them off there bodily fluid before opening its mouth and swallowing the prey hole, when asked about this action SCP-XXX responded with “I prefer my wine Before my dinner” since SCP-XXX does not drink any liquid Besides blood its theorised that blood is a substitute for this.
Discovery:
SCP-XXX was discovered in ██████ Egypt, agents were alerted when people suddenly started disappearing leaving children orphaned, they found SCP-XXX in an abandoned house SCP-XXX killed ██ MTF before it was contained, Amnesties were administered to the orphaned children and they were placed in foster care.

SCP-XXX refuses to harm or eat any offspring of any species when asked about this SCP-XXX responds with “I’ll be going against my promise”
