Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3614 is kept in a 2x2x2 steel safe. SCP-3614 is to be guarded twenty-four seven, any changes in behavior are to be reported to the site administrator immediately. All tests restricted to no less than two-thirds vote from the O5 Council.
Description: SCP-3614 is a blank piece of parchment paper, dated from twenty years ago. SCP-3614 answers any question you write on SCP-3614, and everything you tell SCP-3614 gets stored in SCP-3614's pages as tested by Dr. Hois, and Dr. Madison. SCP-3614 will answer with words most of the time, but from time to time SCP-3614 answers with pictures.

Subject: SCP-3614
Procedure: D-1958 is going to ask SCP-3614 some question. The questions are as follows; What is the secret of the universe, Where did you come from, Who made you, What are you, Who am I, and What is O5. After D-1958 will be terminated.
Results: When D-1958 asked "Who made you?", while awaiting the answer fell into cardiac arrest. Upon inspection of the cameras, SCP-3614 shows a picture of [DATA EXPUNGED].
Analysis: After showing [DATA EXPUNGED] the test was halted, and SCP-3614 is returned to the cube.

Dr. Horis: During a test with SCP-3614, D-1958 was instructed to asks these questions; "What is the secret of the universe, Where did you come from, Who made you, What are you, Who am I, and What is O5" after which D-1958 was to be terminated. During the test [DATA EXPUNGED] was displayed from SCP-3614.
O5-██: What do you mean [DATA EXPUNGED] was displayed.
Dr. Horis: D-1958 asked "Who made you?", and SCP-3614 show [DATA EXPUNGED], and went into cardiac arrest.
O5-██: Your positive it was [DATA EXPUNGED].
Dr. Horis: Positive.
O5-██: Did you view it?
Dr. Horis: Yes, that's how I know it was [DATA EXPUNGED].
O5-██: Ok, how are you alive?
Dr. Horis: What?
O5-██: [DATA EXPUNGED] would have put you in cardiac arrest.
Dr. Horis: What?
O5-██: Who really are you?
Dr. Horis: I'm Dr. Horis.
