Special Containment Procedures: In the event SCP-XXXX ceases effective self-concealment, Mobile Task Force Psi-31 ("Water Buckets") is to be deployed to prevent further disruption.
More reliable methods of containing SCP-XXXX are currently in development, and SCP-XXXX's Containment Class and Containment Procedures are to be updated in the event a new set of Containment Procedures is approved.
Description: SCP-XXXX collectively refers to two anomalies, designated SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 respectively.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a sentient, animate broom showing signs of wear. SCP-XXXX-1 is capable of locomotion via spontaneous levitation, self-propulsion, and instant short-range teleportation of itself and nearby matter, all of which are performed through currently unknown means.1 Additionally, SCP-XXXX-1 is capable of speech, and its vocalizations are emitted from an unknown point near or within itself.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a heavily modified Peregrine Series Humanoid Utility Droid. Notable modifications include the integration of a variety of weapons and additional tools to SCP-XXXX-2's body,2 and an altered diction and personality compared to other androids of the same model. In addition, SCP-XXXX-2 is capable of optical and thermal cloaking, is undetectable by radar technologies, and can extend the effects of these capabilities to nearby objects and entities. For unknown reasons, SCP-XXXX-2 is unable to or avoids using its weaponry.
SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 appear to share some form of mutually beneficial relationship with one another. In all recorded sightings of and interactions with SCP-XXXX, both entities were nearby each other and assisted each other if threatened. Consistently upon recognizing the presence of another individual, SCP-XXXX-1 teleports itself and SCP-XXXX-2 away from view. SCP-XXXX-2's stealth capabilities are also utilized if needed to avoid further observation.3.
Addendum-XXXX-01: On [REDACTED], SCP-XXXX was located by Foundation personnel in [REDACTED]. MTF Psi-31 was deployed the location and performed [REDACTED], an experimental method to subdue and detain SCP-XXXX. [REDACTED] temporarily succeeded in impeding SCP-XXXX's escape, but ultimately failed.
A physical altercation then ensued between multiple Psi-31 agents and SCP-XXXX in which SCP-XXXX-2 sustained minor damages. This resulted in a device, previously unnoticed by the Foundation, detaching from its body. Post-retrieval analysis indicates the device was used for media storage, as video footage from SCP-XXXX-2's perspective and text files that appear to have been produced by SCP-XXXX-2 were saved to it. Below are transcripts of the files recovered.
