Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a standard 10 cm X 30 cm low risk containment locker in site-██.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a 2005 ██████ brand dash camera in relatively good condition apart from a small scratch on the preview screen. Apart from this, SCP-XXXX seems to be fully functional and the image in the preview screen is accurate. SCP-XXXX has 32GBs of storage in the form of an SD card inserted in the bottom of SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX was discovered after a collision occurred between a civilian vehicle and an undercover Foundation fleet vehicle where the dash camera of the civilian vehicle was confiscated. When Foundation members reviewed the footage, the camera was flagged as a potentially anomalous item and sent for further review.
While in use, SCP-XXXX functions as a normal dash cam; however, upon playback of saved footage, the video shows a much different setting than what the camera originally captured. This new setting appears to be from unknown locations in Russia. although the setting has changed, the events that transpire seem to be very similar.
