Site Director Rosewood, Age ██
Subject Name: Georgina McElroy Rosewood
Age and DOB: 36. July 4th, ████
Blood Type: B-
Country of Origin: US (Texas)
Brief Overview: Rosewood grew up in a family of plumbers. Her dad was a plumber, both her grandparents (on her dad's side) were plumbers. Her ancient ancestors could've very well have been the very first plumbers. Rosewood's mother died in childbirth, and her mother's side of the family wanted nothing to do with her. Despite all of this, Rosewood never stopped reaching for the stars. Rosewood wanted nothing more than to be a famous scientist. Growing up, she would fantasize about studying amazing and bizarre creatures, and she knew one day she would. Despite everything holding her back, Rosewood is now a Level 5 Site Director, and a very well-respected one at that. She oversees sites 20-22, and even temporarily co-oversaw Site 19 and 15. She is one of the select few staff members not apart of the O5 council with level 5 access.
Physical Appearance: Rosewood is a 175cm, thin female. She has average Caucasian skin, and amber eyes. Her hair is auburn.
Psyche evaluation: Georgina is very nice. She carries herself like a "professional business lady" from a cliche cartoon. She tries to differentiate herself from other site directors by keeping a glass wall up on most things. She is incredibly truthful to all staff, never hiding much from staff. Her complacency in the facility is a bit jarring. She seems like she has always been here, and never even expresses frustration at what is frankly a hard job.
Georgina exhibits a history of depression and anxiety. Namely, during her adolescent years, where she was constantly discouraged. Currently, she only seems to exhibit minor anxiety symptoms. Georgina wasn't very apt to taking therapy when I first proposed the idea, but after some very lovely time with her, she seems to have improved greatly.
My personal interview and experience with Rosewood has been very business-heavy. Of course, I've had off-the-record conversations with her, but most of our interactions fall under "business" category. She always has an air of passion around her words, she truly is in love with her job. She will answer all questions asked, as long as you have proper clearance. Despite her professionalism, she isn't opposed to our treatment of D-3982. Her biggest flaw is her inability to separate work from personal matters. In layman's terms; she's a workaholic. I suppose it's not entirely a major flaw, but it definitely can be interpreted as standoffish.
"It doesn't always get easier after it gets harder, sometimes it stays harder and gets even worse from there. We can't just let our guard down because there was a successful test. But as long as we stay on top of things, we're gonna be unstoppable." - Rosewood

Site Director Wilson, Age ██
Subject Name: Jack Luca Wilson
Age and DOB: 74. December 30th, ████
Blood Type: AB+
Country of Origin: Canada (Montreal)
Brief Overview: Wilson was born to two unloving parents who put him up for adoption at the age of ██1. He was never adopted, and ended up going to a community college in his hometown of Montreal. He vandalized his parents home while there, and ended up in jail for 6 months. His college career was ended, and he fell into a deep depression. He did drugs, alcohol, committed petty crimes. It was around this time when Wilson met the founder, by pure circumstance. They had a chat, and despite only being ██ at the time, Wilson held up intellectually with The Founder. However, the founder wasn't "The founder' at the time, he was just an ordinary joe. Wilson was invited to the highly experimental group at the time, what was the foundation for… well, the foundation. Wilson is now one of the most prolific members in the history of the foundation. He is one of the few surviving people who knew the founder at one point in time.
Physical Appearance: Wilson is a 162cm tall, heavyset male. His skin is slightly pale, and he has hazel eyes. Notable features include a scar along the back of his ear and head, acquired during Breach Incident ██-█.
Psyche evaluation: Wilson. Wilson is such an amazing guy. I hate to infiltrate these with personal conjecture (not really, I love doing that) but Wilson truly is a "good" person. I don't believe, personally, in good or bad people. Just people who do good and bad things. But Wilson is a good person whose been dealt a shit hand by life and kept giving to others. Wilson deserves his position in the foundation, and much more. He takes his job seriously when talking to his superiors, but when talking to his "inferiors" he is a totally different person. He'll play chess, checkers, and his personal favorite, poker, with you anytime, even in the middle of a meeting! He's definitely a very laid-back individual, for better or for worse.
Wilson exhibits a history of mental illness, notably depression and alcohol/drug abuse. Most of this was during his adolescent years, where he constantly faced rejection and defeat. I've met with him in numerous therapeutic sessions. He's made considerable progress since the very first meeting, which was also my very first official therapy session with anyone! He's definitely moved past his, well, past, and looks forward. I don't think I've ever seen someone with such a bad past think about such a bright future.
My personal interview and experience with Wilson has been fatherly. I value him highly, as without him my sister, Minerva, wouldn't be as optimistic as she is. He is an excellent role model, and great "father" to four children. It's not just us, either. Anyone younger than him is practically already his child, whether they like it or not. His greatest flaw? Dad jokes. He never. fucking. stops. You cannot have a conversation with him without multiple dad jokes dropping within the span of mere seconds. I wish I was kidding, but I'm not. His real main flaw is his inability to take some things seriously. He will toss jokes when they most definitely are not appropriate. (although, he tends to take events involving death far more seriously.)
"That's rule number #1 of poker, don't ever reveal the cards you were dealt. Rule #2? Accept the hand your dealt. It's not like you can get another one." - Wilson
Subject Name: Dr. Bruno [Redacted]2 Maktoub
Age and DOB: 39. March 11th, ████
Blood Type: A+
Country of Origin: Brazil (Maceió)
Brief Overview: Bruno grew up in a loving home surrounded by unstimulating schoolwork that didn't spark the innate human desire of curiosity that Maktoub had an overabundance of. It was only natural that [Redacted] during Project ███████-█. Dr. Maktoub is a level 3 research personnel most commonly found researching euclid and safe-class objects on Site 22. This is as of his most recent relocation, being on █████, █, ████, where he was moved from Site 19 to Site 22. [Data Expunged].
Physical Appearance: Maktoub is a 188cm tall, muscular male. His skin is dark, and his eyes are green. He has short black hair, and a handlebar mustache. Notable features include a scar along his right temple, which he acquired from an encounter with a bear prior to Project ███████-█, before he joined the foundation.
Psyche evaluation: Something immediately evident is Maktoub's eccentricity. He carries himself like a █████ villain, with the handlebar mustache and his black tailcoat. Many people perceive him as terrifying. He has a thousand-yard stare that would scare even the most iron-willed of security. Despite this, those who are close with him tend to report him as one of the most compassionate, nice, and gentle people they've ever met. Maktoub it quite dismissive of Class-D personnel, for reasons he won't disclose. However, to other foundation staff he is passive and supportive.
Before joining the foundation, Maktoub exhibited a history of mental illness. Including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. Mental illness is evident in Maktoub's lineage. While Maktoub no longer exhibits symptoms of Depression or OCD3, he does infact still suffer from ADHD and Anxiety. He was suggested an administered dose of one (1) scp-500 pill, but he rejected this suggestion. Therapy has thus far proven slightly effective, but he does "commend my efforts".
My personal interview and experience with Maktoub has been quite pleasant. But I can certainly tell he's out of his league. Now, I mean that in the kindest sense, but I do believe it. He grew up in a simple town off of the Brazilian coast, exceeding his classes with flying colors. He was never pressured by his peers due to his immaculate grades and nice demeanor. He doesn't talk much of his home life, but from what it sounds like, his parents were incredibly supportive of him. He had everything in his favor leading up to [Redacted] during Project ███████-█. But now that he's been placed into his position, he is constantly being pressured by great minds alike his own. The foundation doesn't just recruit people off the streets, in fact, we don't recruit people at all currently. He constantly tries to prove himself to people he doesn't really have to, yet he sometimes can't prove himself. Despite this, I believe he can eventually learn to stop trying to prove himself, and stop caring about other's opinions more than his actual studies.
"Science is not to be ignored. Science is what has brought humanity so far. Science is our lifeline, our genetic difference that puts us at the top of the food chain, and other things below us. Don't take it for granted." - Dr. Maktoub
Additional Note - Agent Ramirez: Maktoub's incident with ████ is to be omitted from the report, and his experimentation on Site 22 is to be monitored from this point onward. We now know he is susceptible to memetics, and his current circumstance is… peculiar, to say the least. My actions are in the best intentions for the safety of Maktoub and other staff.
Dr. Harp, Age ██
Subject Name: Justin Bush Harp
Age and DOB: 58. September 27th, ████
Blood Type: O-
Country of Origin: US (Florida)
Brief Overview: Dr. Harp's origins are as of now quite mysterious. He joined when recruitments were (for the most part) open only to trained militant personnel. Despite this, Harp was most definitely not in any military forces prior to his recruitment. Harp himself will not disclose the information, and seems to be amused by the mystery. Dr. Harp is currently one of Site 20-22's most prestigious research personnel. He has demonstrated a level of absolute competency that rivals that of even O5 councilmen. If you have a end-of-the-world class scenario imminent, and need a doctor for the job, then Harp's the man.
Physical Appearance: Dr. Harp is a 170cm tall, skinny old male. His skin is tan, and his eyes are black. He has light brown hair with many a grey hair.
Psyche evaluation: Harp is a man obsessed with science. No doubt about that. He takes his job seriously, but interestingly enough, his interpersonal relationships even more serious. Commonly misconstrued about Harp is his complete dedication to his job. While it's no doubt he is, infact, obsessed with science, he would never sacrifice human integrity for the greater good. He does, however, tend to not be as compassionate for D-class (bar D-3982).
Harp has recently showcased symptoms of dementia. This development is startling, and frightening. Foundation staffing tends to be, more often than not, a permanent occupation. In the event of "senile" staff, we brought up the idea of a Retirement home on Site ██. Despite this discovery, Harp's (provided) lineage has shown no signs of mental illness until age 70-85. This spawned a good joke wherein we decided that Harp wouldn't even need amnestics, given he forgets everything by the time we fire him.
My personal interview and experience is one of an odd "uncle"-ly bond. If Site Director Wilson was our father, then Harp is our uncle. Hes there for a good chat, but he won't look after us if we don't need it. Harp finds himself in a position where he has no immediate family or siblings to precede him, he is without heir and has no intention of finding one. Most of his (recently) written will has foundation staff within it, if not entirely. Harp is without a doubt a compassionate man, who has dedicated his life to science. His greatest downfall is, predictably, his obsessiveness and compulsiveness. Harp would gladly die if it were to forward science. In fact, while Harp's loyalties lie with the foundation, he would most likely abandon ship if we were to even direct focus away from testing and researching (which we most likely never will). It honestly shocked me when Harp mentioned during Breach Incident 21-A that he thought it would be the best environment to study SCP objects during a site-wide containment breach, where they are at their peak, and capable of interacting with numerous other SCPs.
"Well, look at it naturally. They're, more often than not, creatures. Organisms. Things completely foreign and exotic, yet oddly familiar. It's almost haunting, really. After all, SCP-682's name is the hard-to-destroy "reptile", right?" - Dr. Harp
Dr. Garcia-Samson, Age ██
Subject Name: Rhys Curdoroy Garcia-Samson
Age and DOB: 21. June 6th, ████
Blood Type: A+
Country of Origin: US (Oregon)
Brief Overview: Rhys' dreams always aligned with the stars. When he was born, however, he was given a particular handicap. Rhys was born deaf. But it get's worse. When a freak accident as a toddler led to his blinding, Rhys could still see his dreams sizzling out. Rhys thought everything was over. But his mother didn't let his dreams die, she stoked the flames. No one encouraged anyone as much as Rhys' mom did him. Rhys searched and search for a solution, and when he couldn't find one, he made his own. Rhys developed many technological marvels, but the most stunning of which was his cybernetic eye. He is now a level 4 R&D officer at the foundation, and has developed numerous technologies that assist with everyday life here. Aside from that, he also seeks work as a medical assistant, especially in "slow" periods of technological development.
Physical Appearance: Rhys is a 165cm tall, average-bodied male. His skin is of average asian complexion, and he has brown eyes. He has black hair.
Psyche evaluation: Rhys is a calm and patient person. He's very quiet and reserved, and doesn't talk much when talked to. What he does say tends to be rather wise, and complex. If a photo says a thousand words, then Rhys' mouth is a camera. When him and Wilson have a conversation you will constantly wonder if they even know what they're saying to each other.
Rhys does not show a history of mental illness, however, his lineage does. His father fell into a postpartum depression, shortly resulting in his suicide. Further study shows a history of depression and anxiety in his ancestors.
My personal interview and experience has been great. He's lovely to chat with, even if the conversation may be a tad one-sided. He has definitely imprinted some great advice onto me, teaching me some things that'll help throughout life. He himself isn't shy to advice, either. One of his favorite games to play is chess, as it allows for numerous analogies and metaphors. His greatest flaw is of course his lack of communication. It's not that he can't, he has an extensive vocabulary. It's more or less that he thinks most things are better observed than spoken. I suppose he says enough in his brief excerpts of what could very well be ancient poetry, but in a work environment it can be a bit hard to understand verbal language. Thank god he isn't a testing official.
"If you listen carefully, you can hear exactly what kind of person someone is." - Rhys
Fedorov, Age ██
Subject Name: Austin Vandelheim Fedorov
Age and DOB: 23. September 18th, ████
Blood Type: O+
Country of Origin: Russia (Novosibirsk)
Brief Overview: Originally the son of one of our high-ranking research staff, he was orphaned after a freak accident. Fedorov was 4 when the foundation4 decided to adopt him from the orphanage. He then spent the rest of his time in Site 22's child center. Fedorov is now a MTF Unit most prominently known for his work in MTF Epsilon-11. However, during Project ███████-█, he was moved5 to MTF ███████-█. Afterwards, he was moved back to MTF Epsilon-11. Until MTF Epsilon-11 is called into action, he is stationed as a security personnel on Site 21.
Physical Appearance: Fedorov is a 180cm, muscular male. His skin is of average Caucasian complexion, and he has blue eyes. He has black hair and stubble.
Psyche evaluation: Austin tends to be quiet and reserved, not speaking with much staff outside of me, Ramirez, Maktoub, Harp, and what used to be Dr. L. However, to those he does speak to, he is quite pleasant. He seems very reliant on his key relationships6, as he fell into a brief depression following Breach Incident 21-A, where Dr. L was decommissioned.
Austin does not express any mental illness, nor does he have a history or lineage of such. He is an incredibly loyal member of the foundation. He has shown in the past to be incredibly resistant to memetics7. He is one of the few people who have been given the pleasure (outside of O5) to speak directly to The Founder. However, as per protocol, and due to him not being on the O5 council, he was administered amnestics and does not recall even meeting the Founder.
My personal interview and experience with Austin has been nothing short of sweet. He is compassionate and caring, something not noticeable by most people. He tends to find certain people and latch onto them, not straying far. He knows me through his fellow MTF agent, Minerva Ramirez (who is also my sister.) and knows his current partner (D-3982, or Mark Trembley.) through me. Also through me, he has met multiple doctors, notably Dr. L, and Dr. Harp. I think his main issue is his dependency on a small group of people. As I previously stated, he essentially "selects" who is close to him. When people in this group (Like Dr. L.) are hurt, killed, or worse, he finds himself in a depression, and blames himself for not being there to protect them. One time in a conversation, he offhandedly mentioned his little sister. Further questioning has led to nothing but dead-ends, but my running theory is that his sister was injured (not killed, as the foundation database shows she is alive.) and he believes it was his fault.
"Y'know, the Breach Incident made me realize something. Specifically, about SCP-008, but I guess it applies to everywhere. Dead people… They don't know they're dead. They might, if some "heaven" exists. But that? right there? Agent Sanchez looked me dead in the eyes and still tried to kill me. He didn't know he was dead… But we do." - Agent Fedorov
Minerva, Age ██
Subject Name: Minerva Afiya Ramirez
Age and DOB: 28. February 2nd, ████
Blood Type: AB-
Country of Origin: US (Puerto Rico)
Brief Overview: Ramirez grew up in a home where our father was always absent (as he worked in the military and the foundation, before his death.) and our mother was constantly in a drunken stupor, inviting men we didn't know over. It's unfortunate how commonly things like this happen, and even more unfortunate how common it is for the older sister to look after the younger sister, forcing her to mentally age before she's ready. Ramirez is now a dual-deployed MTF unit deployed in both MTF Gamma-5 and MTF Delta-5. She was also briefly present during MTF ███████-█'s conception, but she quickly returned to MTF Gamma-5 and Delta-5 within a week of Project ███████-█ initial start date. In this time she helped Agent Fedorov [Redacted] Dr. Bruno Maktoub.
Physical Appearance: Ramirez is a 170cm, average-built female. her skin is of tanned complexion, and she has brown eyes. Her hair is light brown.
Psyche evaluation: Ramirez is a very determined individual who tends to prioritize the task at hand over herself and others. Most people comment on this behavior as "cold" and "emotionless". However, I believe full well it is just simply a sense of extreme professionalism. When not on a mission, Ramirez is still serious, but to a lesser extent. She'll mostly talk about politics and news, tending to not get philosophical. Despite her serious persona, she cares a lot about people, and isn't afraid of expressing it. She also has an interest in phone games?8
Ramirez previously exhibited traits of an alcoholic (namely, drinking.) Prior to joining Puerto Rico National Guard. Once she began her military training (after an alcoholic bout following the death of our father, who was also a military man, and later joined the foundation through his military exposure.) she immediately became infatuated with the militaristic life. She slowly but surely quit alcohol, and returned to the loving Ramirez I once knew. She will ocassionally drink, but she has always held a self-imposed limit of no more than .138 on a breathalyzer9.
My personal experience with Ramirez has been as you would expect with an older sister. I couldn't hold an interview with her, it would be too professional (for me, not for her.). However, having grown up with her and known her my whole life, I am aware of her caring, yet stern demeanor. Her greatest flaw is her strictness. She does not deviate from the standard very often, and when she does it is only to achieve the same goal, or a guaranteed better one. While not an overbearing flaw, it can certainly be a bit much to be in the same room with her when she's in a serious mood, let alone working under her.
Undoubtedly, one of the best influences on Ramirez growing up was Site Director Wilson and Rosewood, specifically Wilson. Wilson essentially "adopted" us in our father's absence, apologizing profusely to us for the foundation's play in his death. I suppose this is how our "Group of friends" grew to be so tight-knit. We're essentially all Wilson's adopted children. Which has weird implications on D-3982 and Fedorov's relationship, but I won't think about it too hard.
"You always have to be prepared to shoot, that's one of the first rookie mistakes. They'll sweep a room, or peek a corner, or hold a position, and they won't be prepared to actually shoot. You always have to have a plan, a backup plan, and a backup-backup plan in case shit hits the fan. You don't wanna be in the shit-blast radius." - Agent Ramirez
D-3982, Age ██.
Subject Referral: D-3982
Subject Name: Mark Cadwick Trembley10
Age and DOB: 21. April 19th, ████11
Blood Type: B-
Country of Origin: Canada12
Brief Overview: Mark was originally found inside SCP-3008-1 by Site Director Wilson's research team when he was only █, where he was taken by Foundation personnel and brought to Site-22's Child Center. After reaching age ██ He became a D-class personnel13. However, unlike other D-class, he was not to be kept within a cell, and instead got his own quarters on Site-21, near the cafeteria. Still, like most D-class, he is to test with euclid and safe-class objects. He also follows the same schedule and rules as other D-class, with the exception of the "Termination at the end of the month" policy. Instead of being terminated, he simply will not be, and continue testing the next month. The foundation currently has no plans to release him, and his DNA does not link back to anyone in our universe, giving way to the theory he may not be from our universe.
Physical Appearance: Trembley is a 172cm tall, thin male. His skin is moderately pale14, and he has hazel eyes. He has shaggy brown hair and a short beard.
Psyche evaluation: Trembley, despite his name, tends to be rather calm and in control of the situation. He is most infamously known for his sarcastic remarks and sense of humor. He is able to make the best of what most would consider absolutely horrible situations. He is quite easily able to diffuse situations that would otherwise be tense or complex. Despite being a D-class, Trembley has a good reputation among staff.
Trembley initially exhibited traits of someone with PTSD, most likely due to his time in SCP-3008-1 (which he refuses to speak of.) which understandably would cause severe trauma. However, after long periods of therapy, he has now come to a point I'm proud of. He is pretty friendly, yet somewhat off-putting with his sarcasm. Most staff outside of myself, Minerva, Fedorov, and Dr. Harp tend to misunderstand what he says, and take it out of context as proof against Trembley's "special treatment.". Undoubtedly, most of his progress has been aided by Agent Fedorov.
My personal interviews and experience have been fairly refreshing. In an environment where everyone is constantly taking their job with upmost professionalism, I find my chats with Trembley very much an outlier. He doesn't take much seriously, especially not his "job" as a testing subject. While I am aware we are dealing with anomalous objects that could rewrite the way of reality as we know it, I think it doesn't help that everyone treats the smallest complication as a end-of-the-world-scenario. I don't feel the same pressure to impress Trembley as I do, say, an O5 council member. His main flaw is obviously his sarcasm, which can be used incredibly well, to provide comedic relief, but also incredibly bad, to provide a sense of unprofessional-ism. And you can only be so unprofessional in a setting where we deal with, as I said before, reality-rewriting anomalies. He has trouble taking somethings seriously, a trait he gets from his dad no doubt. I hate having him and Wilson in the same room, it never ends well.
"What was that ████ █████████ song? On the radios on Site 22, it would play all the time. God damn, what was it? Oh well, but I remember it went like "what a wonderful world" or something. And, listening to it back then, I didn't really think about it too much. Just some mushy feel-good song or some shit. But… It really makes sense now that I think about it. There a bad things, there are good things, but the song isn't about either. It's about the wonder. And what's more wonder-inspiring than something we don't, nor may ever be able to, comprehend." - D-3982
Additional Note - Dr. Maktoub: Are you sure that a D-Class needs his own Psyche evaluation? I know you guys like him or whatever, but seriously? Valuable Foundation computer storage (VFCS) is being used on him!
Additional Note - Agent Fedorov:
Are you sure that a D-Class needs his own Psyche evaluation? I know you guys like him or whatever, but seriously? Valuable Foundation computer storage (VFCS) is being used on him!
Yes!!! He most definitely does. He is as valuable a staff member as you or I (in a technical sense) and as your superior, I demand you treat him with a semblance of respect! >:(
Additional Note - Dr. Maktoub:

Agent Fedorov I feel that is a dangerous misuse of your power! I refuse to be oppressed in this facility. Please don't be mean to me >:|
Additional Note - Agent Ramirez:
Could you guys please not use the additional notes section as a place for debate? We literally have personal conversation logs. Delete them before Maera sees them and deletes them herself.

Haha, too late! busted. But in all seriousness, could you guys not? I appreciate the mental stimulation of a good argument as much as the next psyche evaluation specialist, but I do not appreciate the use of the additional notes system being displayed here. Please don't give Site Director Rosewood a reason to take it away, like they did on Site-15.
Date: ██/██/████
Austin: Hey Maera, O5 told me not to tell anyone about this, but I think you should know about this. Your sister is in jeopardy.
Austin: Anyway, I'm sure you're asleep right now, but when you see this I know you'll flip the fuck out.
Austin: We found some text logs recently, on the maintenance messaging channel. Honestly surprised we didn't find it sooner, but whatever. It looks like it was started 4 hours ago.
Austin sent you a link.
Date: ██/██/████
Maera: What the hell?
Austin: Right?
Maera: It wasn't Minerva?
Austin: No, we checked the cams. She was on Site 19 at the time.
Maera: Well damn.
Maera: Well look. I have something to admit.
Maera: Remember that night I wasn't in my room when you thought you heard a noise like, a month ago.
Austin: Yeah.
Maera: I overheard one of the guards talking. About 3982 and 9341.
Austin: !? Did Mark help him escape.
Maera: No. Even worse.
Maera: That was me. Don't tell a fucking soul.
Austin:
Maera: You're not mad, right?
Austin: Well.
Austin: I'm not mad, but like.
Austin: I'm not happy, either.
Maera: I'm sorry, really. But It felt inhumane. We we're gonna kill him after we got all we wanted, weren't we?
Austin: If I could sigh through a computer screen I would.
Austin: But yeah, we were. He was a menace to the foundation.
Maera: What did he even do?
Austin: I
Austin: Don't know.
Maera: ???
Austin: Okay, but what if it was really bad!
Maera: :/
Maera: Okay, I guess.
Maera: But like, you guys said it wasn't that important, anyway.
Austin: What if he was a fucking serial killer?!?!
Maera: What if he wasn't?!?!?!?!
Austin: THAT DOESN'T FUCKING MAKE SENSE!!!
Austin: You could've very much so just released a child murderer sex fucker into the wild again!
Maera: Wasn't he a researcher before?
Austin: Oh right. Yeah, I guess.
Austin: Still, he did something to get demoted all the way to d-class.
Maera: Okay, wait wait wait, about Mark.
Maera: I overheard Patterson and some other guard talking about how they wanted to kill him.
Austin: Yeah, everyone hates his "special treatment". It kinda sucks tbh.
Maera: Yeah. But those two people are talking rn, right? Last time two people were sharing files illegally there was a site-wide containment breach.
Austin: Indeed.
Maera: And in a containment breach, D-class are to be terminated on sight.
Austin: Oh shit, yeah.
Austin: I'll just keep a close eye out.
Austin: You should, too. If anything happens then contact me or O5, like Rosewood said. Please don't try and help any more foundation traitors, okay?
Maera: He said it was one of us.
Austin: ???
Maera: 9341 said the person who contacted him to escape was one of us. As in one of the staff on Site 22.
Austin: Holy shit.
Austin: You probably should've started with that one.
Austin: Okay. Taken into account.
Austin: Are you sure you can trust him? What if it was a ruse?
Maera: We were in a room full of stun batons and pistols and he didn't kill me. I'd say he's moderately trustworthy.
Austin: Okay. Okay.
Austin: I'll humor this whole situation, but don't expect me to change gears when I hear about Insurgency knocking on our doors.
Maera: I'm not and I won't. But just believe what I say when I say, because I wouldn't lie to you.
Austin: Don't worry, I do believe you.
Maera: Okay. Thank you. I'm gonna go check up on Rhys. He said he wanted to schedule with me.
Austin: You sure? It's like, 3 in the morning.
Maera: What.
Austin: Yeah.
Maera: I need to get my life together.
Austin: Good luck on that.
Warning: Unauthorized access. O5 Foundation staff alerted.
Conversation started, Date: ██/██/████Minerva: Did you get the files?
Error&: Why are you contacting me right now? Can't O5 track these? Especially in maintenance!
Minerva: I'm not a fucking idiot. I'm using someone else's computer, and if you're using the concealment device, then you'll also be fine.
Error&: Oh, okay. Yeah, I got the files. I'll send them to you.
Error 682: Error&Error&Error&Error&Error&Err
Minerva: Thanks. I'll put them on the USB. God, the foundation makes this shit so easy.

The Delta-19 Proposition
Site Director Rosewood, the director of Sites 20, 22, and the temporary Site 21.
As many of you may know, the prospect of promoting D-class personnel (namely D-3982) has recently been brought up by two of our Security staff, and two of our Research staff. I'm sure most of you know who they are, and they aren't the only ones who have brought this up, just the most vocal about it. While I don't think it's a bad idea, god knows we're short on staff right now, I do think it can be a potentially harmful example to set. The old adage goes "If I let one person do it, everyone will want to do it." Which most definitely holds true in this situation. We have still terminated D-class in the past who were proven innocent, and we're already making the exception with D-3982 of not terminating him due to his past. If we can get a petition signed of five hundred people (more than half of the current populous of Site 20-22.) then I will CONSIDER running it by O5 staff. Don't make me regret giving you this privilege.
