Special Containment Procedure: SCP-4195 is to be kept in 10 m by 10 m (32,8 ft by 32,8 ft) room in Site 17 and is to be allowed acces to SCP-343 at any given time if requested by it.
Under no circumstance is any kind of violence, be it physical or mental, allowed to be used against a being with a consciousness within a radius of 5 km around SCP-4195.
Should SCP-4195 request any kind of meal apart from it´s normal meals, it´s request is only to be granted after confirmation from two (2) personnel with atleast Level 4 clearance.
SCP-4195 is not to be granted the right to leave Site 17 under any circumstance, should it however leave on it´s own, it is to be retrieved as fast as possible under use of all available personnel.
Any Staff Members that request to speak with SCP-4195 are to be given acces to it if they have the permission from atleast one (1) member of the O5 Council and after being checked for any weaponry.
Testing with SCP-4195 is not allowed unless the majority of the O5 Council agrees to the test, as such a full explanation including every single step that will be taken is to be provided.
Should the request be accepted, any deviation from the origional plan will result in instant termination of all present personal through guards which will then be taken care of by SCP-4195.
Description: SCP-4195 is a humanoid who appears as a male in his mid twenties and reaches a height of 3,27 m (10,72 ft). Weighting about 290 kg.
It appears to be well trained and has been observed to spent atleast 30 minutes per day training while using it´s own bodyweight, this sessions have been observed to take up to three (3) hours and follow no conceivable pattern.
It has been shown to be highly resistant to any known form of physical harm on all scales including damage to single cells by sources like radiation. This resistance does also include extremely toxic fluids which failed to show any effect when consumed by SCP-4195.
Testing with SCP-563 has yield the same results, for further information refer to Testing Log SCP-536-1█.
SCP-4195 has been observed to move freely through any objects or liquids. It should also be noted, that it does not seem to require oxygen to survive as it has survived without any oxygen for time periods of over two (2) months.
It´s first effect takes place should any form of violence be used against any being with a consciousness within a range of 5 km around SCP-4195. This range only applies to the being the damage is caused too, which means if the being is inside of the range of SCP-4195 but the cause of it is not, it´s effect will still occur.
Once it´s effect takes place the cause of the damage will be designated SCP-4195-1.
SCP-4195 will start travelling to the location of SCP-4195-1 without any regard to it´s or SCP-4195-1´s current location , activity or situation.
No way of restriction or obstacle has been proven successful in stopping SCP-4195 in it´s tracks.
Upon reaching SCP-4195-1 it will speak to SCP-4195-1 and judge it based on it´s actions, no known instance of SCP-4195-1 has been able to move during this time.
Upon finishing it´s judgement it will name the punishment for the actions of SCP-4195-1 and execute said punishment immediately, any reasoning with SCP-4195 regarding the punishment have proven unsuccesfull.
Known punishments include:
- 1.) Being scolded.
- 2.) Being turned to stone.
- 3.) Being send into orbit.
- 4.) Being liquified and kept alive.
- 5.) Being swarmed and eaten alive by unknown insects.
- 6.) Having your entire existence removed. This does not affect people who habe witnessed the judgement but will remove the corresponding book from SCP-4001.
- 7.) Being punched to death.
It´s second affect takes place, should any object without consciousness interact in any harmful way with a being that does possess one.
Those objects will either stop to cause damage in the first place or SCP-4195 will try to interfere.
So far there has been no case, in which SCP-4195 was not able to prevent any sort of damage being cuased.
This effect, or a variation of it, does happen to occur in some cases of consciousness beings too, since testing with SCP-682 did reveal that SCP-682 was unwillig to take any sort of violent action while SCP-4195 was present. For more information refer to Testing Log SCP-4195-█.
SCP-4195 has been shown to also take effect upon being told about one event which would´ve normally triggered it´s effect.
In such cases it will start to research on it´s own until it finds out if said information was correct or not. Should said information have been true, it will then take effect and the cause of said event will be marked as SCP-4195-1.
It has been observed to be capable of reversing certain events which would have normally caused one of it´s effect to occur as it was the case with SCP-4001. For furhter information refer to Testing Log SCP-4195-█.
This event has caused the foundation to take readings of it´s Hume level.
This tests yielded partially similar results to those of SCP-343 as SCP-4195 does not exert any influence on the reality outside of it at all. It´s internal hume level however has fluctuated to the extremes with the lowest measured hume level being around 0,02 and it´s highest being 890 making it one of the highest measured values.
