Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX doesn't apear to have any limbs, but it has been seen to change position from time to time, but only by a few meters.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a hat found in a small town in Bul█a█ia named Ba██ko. It was tossed next to a garbage container on To█or Ale█sa██rov street. The material that it is crafted of is some sort of cheap cloth, able to be torn to freds in a matter of second. There is no branding or any trade marks on the entity. It has visor that looks quit damaged. It seems able to regenerate any lost fabric, the time that this process takes seems depends on the amount of lost material.

SCP XXXX is animate and can easily be mistaken for a normal hat of the same kind and put on by a unsuspecting victim.

When worn it dispenses sharp, microscopical needles into the head of the entity that wears it and then detaches from the specimen. From then on the sharp objects begin behaving like the hosts hair/fur. They also gain the same texture so even if the injected creature figures out that something is wrong, they won't be able to find where the object is located on there head. As the subject ages, the needles will start growing inside there head, slowly getting near the brain. The brain get's injected with a liquid deferent for every organism. NUMBER have been found so far:

• A toxic liquid killing the vistim instantly. Made by an unknown poisonous material(most likely a unidentified plant)- The resault to most of the D-class personnel.

• Normal liquid water. Starting to fill the brain until it bursts causing a slow and painful death.(The victim is able to be saved if a brain operation is performed and the liquid is dispossed of.)- The resault to D-class personal that suffered from depression and extreme levels of stress.

• An unkown liquid able to heal all kinds of brain trauma and diseases(reaserch and tests are performed but for the time being the substance of the liquid is a mistery)- The resault to D-class personnel suffering from major brain trauma.

• A liquid or gas that is so flameble that the vistims head catches on fire the moment the liquid/gas is exposed to oxygen. It is also possible that the liquid/gas is already is so heated that the moment it touches flesh, it ignites.- The resault to D-class personnel that have been sentenced to life for the worst crimes.

Notes: More test are to be conducted in the near future. We are sure that there is more to discover and unveil when it comes to this specific specimen.
