Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-5004 is be kept in a room with SCP-5006-J-3 at all times.

Description: SCP-5004 is a wood, acoustic guitar with six strings and white tuners.

SCP-5004 is untuneable and always off key. All attempts to tune the guitar will cause one to three people who hear the guitar to start bleeding from the ears.

SCP-5006-J-1 through 5 have a certain affinity with the guitar, but none as strong as SCP-5006-J-3 who will always try and tune the guitar despite not being able too.

Any attempts to break or destroy the guitar has led to SCP-5006-J-3 to break out of contentment to save the guitar and bring it back to its cell.
