Any requests to come into contact with SCP-5136 that are accepted must have to be heavily supervised

Description: SCP 5136 is an unbranded mobile phone with a plain grey colouring and case. When SCP 5136 comes into a 1-metre range of anyone they will immediately be compelled to use it to take a photo. Anything that SCP 5136 captures as a photo will instantly start to deform. Deformations vary between material: Walls and objects will show scorch marks and start to deform over time. Whilst flesh and internal organs will start deforming at an astonishing rate, almost as if being hit by a powerful acid.
