Chroma was Originally a Biomechanical puppet created in the game WARFRAME though after years of adapting Its adaptablity finally caught up with the digital world and it adapted till it could escape the digital hell-scape in the year 3046 which is long after the Human race had Abandoned earth. It proceeded to adapt and absorbe Tech. Until it was able to Time Shift enabling it to move through time freely but always returning back to the exact location in 3046 it left.

1st victim : A Famer who had Went down to there vegitable seller when it 1st appeared via Time shifting from 3046. The victim had been completely drained of all internal organs and bone marrow though no entry or Scaring had been seen on or in the Victim except a set of blank finger prints of the victims Skull

Containment : Impossible, due to Shadow leap which allows Chroma to manifest into any location with so much as a shadow. While in light it is completely invisible but unable to leap.

Containment Attempt : We Built a Room Full of darkness no light could get in or out and did so via a VOID gate which we used the assistance of another SCP to build. Chroma manifested in side the Containment but once we activated the Void gate to attempt Flooding the room with VOID light chroma instantaneously adapted and grew furious releasing Mass. Amounts of "electro magnetic pulses" causing the Facility specifically designed to captur him to shut down this was a new ability we had not yet documented the Chroma made instantaneous work of all weaponized Drones and Guards in the entirety of the Facility once the facilities power had been shut down. When the power was restored all the bodies of the victims wer nothing but Cleaned piles of skin with boned set next to them all drones and weapons wer completely missing. There wer Microscopic messages covering all the walls of the Facility repeating the same demand in billions of different languages both known and unknown.

Sighting 2: Chroma appear in the home of the directored who ordered the construction of the Chroma containment facility. The chroma did not harm the director other that a shove through a door. Upon X-ray of the Directors Skeleton there was a Blank hand print on the back of his skull. While every other space around the hand print throught his skeleton had BILLIONS of microscopic messages in many different languages. The following day The project to capture Chroma was abandoned in the directors horror.

For a bit of context : Chroma is a Dragon Based Berserker, in lore he adapts endlessly and all dmg taken before he adapts is turned into power and strength which he can use.
In game:
His PELT when shed becomes a DRAGON freeing chroma himself immensely increasing his speed while he runs around wiping out hordes of enemies his pelt does the same if he sheds his pelt while under atk or enemies are nearby it releases.and EARPIERCING Cry that Causes all who hear it to bow or crouch down Grabing there ears while all tech and robots etc shut down temporarily
