Special Containment Procedures : SCP-4868 is to be kept in a reinforced steel cage 6 x 10 m across and 5 x 10 up and down. Filled with Holy Water, and is to changed weekly. No fewer than 3 may enter SCP-4868's chamber, put through a depressurization, and be equiped with oxygen tanks.
**Description : ** Moved to Site-19 on██/██/19██. Origin of SCP-4868 is yet to be know. SCP-4868 appears to be a dog like figure, made of a gas unknown to science. All attempts to recover a bottle of SCP-4868's chemical compond has been unsuccessful, [View test 4868-3]. It has deep yellow eyes with 14 teeth at the time of the writing of this document. SCP-4868 is has no official length or size yet, due to it being able to morph, but stays like a dog figure about 95% of the time.
SCP-4868 attacks by possessing and biological being know as SCP-4868-1 within a 5 meter zone, or if seen on video recording, eye view, or a photo. SCP-4868 kills by making SCP-4868-1 breach SCP-4868 [See breach log 4868-1] then SCP-4868 will continue by removing all organs of the possessed being, which leads to instant death. With a 100% death rate. Organ destination is unkown at the current moment in time. Then will continue to attack other Foundation Personnel causing a massive death rate, and damage . Foundation Personnel should report any suspicious activity of on sight guards to the on site supervisor. All guards must report to weekly checkups for any signs of SCP-4868's effects.

3 Class-D personnel are entered in the depressurization chamber and are equiped with oxygen tanks.
One African Male 37 years old.

All Class-Ds enter the camber and make contact. All Class-Ds are instantly effected by SCP-4868, and begin to slightly open the door, MTF start to aim their guns. And the Class-Ds were successful and broke down the first door. The first door was locked down to ensure the safety of other Foundation Personnel. The Class-Ds were unable to open the first door and died due to the oxygen tanks running out of oxygen. One American Male 34 years old, equiped with test tube with a waterproof vacuum designed to put up only chemicas/gas. Also equiped with an standard oxygen tank.
Class-D went in and attempted to get some of SCP-4868's compound and was successful untill SCP-4868 took the vacuum and made it and SCP-4868 disappear, this lead to a quadrant lockdown untill SCP-4868 returned a couple days later.

One Asian Female entered the chamber, Class-D-9573 mostly didn't follow orders and was put in SCP-4868's chamber via force.
The Asian Female didn't put on the oxygen mask and once the water rushed in she was in a panic and broke though both doors with force, because of SCP-4868 SCP-4868-1 attacked the guards, and MTF and was terminated, ending in one death of an Security Department. After SCP-4868-1's rush attack SCP-4868 cam out of containment and made SCP-4868-1s. After that SCP-4868 removed the organs of the MTF/SD, after being out of containment and breached. Breach Event REDACTED, after the breach log : [Breach log 4868-1] a mass containment breach of SCP-4868, a total of 107 people died which included one O-5 Member. A total of 23.6 Million Dollars of damage done, and a total of 6 months to repair all the damage. A full site lockdown was performed to prevent further damage and deaths. MTF unit Epsilon-11 designated Nine Tailed Fox recontained SCP-4868, and one Epsilon-11 member died, Tony [DATA LOST] Rank Lieutenant. All surviving personnel were evacuated by Foxtrot unit one. No other SCPs were breached during the event, this is all that is known about the breach so far. [End Log]
