SCP-XXXX will be contained in a light medium Heavy containment chamber, sealed in a 6ft x 6ft x 6ft that has been completely soundproofed. It is to be guarded by two four eight Guards posted at the doors with earmuffs on.
Description:
SCP-XXXX was an infant girl of Native American heritage and origin when we found her. Instead of eyes, there was just a dark void inside their eye sockets. It was found after a whole town disappeared. The police took a look into the disappearance. They found a pile of dismembered corpses, and an almost dismemberment on the ground, with their limbs cut off but not the head. The dismembered corpses were just on in a pile in the middle of the living room. They heard a child saying quote "Make me hallow", before a policeman followed the voice of the child. D-Class say that the voice became many voices when getting closer. When the police officer came right next to the child, all voices ceased, and the victim turns around and goes down the stairs, before the only exits locks and the person that heard the voices becomes mind controlled into killing the other people by shooting them, before dismembering them. The last one tries to dismember themselves, but just was left dying of blood loss, without limbs. The bodies were in another pile stacked in the kitchen this time. It seems the words "Make me hallow" is all SCP-XXXX can say. After teaching the child how to write and draw, an interrogation was in order, to learn more about this SCP.

After another four years, SCP-XXXX learned how to say "yes" or "no". SCP-XXXX also learned to write neater and now can read novels.

Dr. Nohbody: ok, I'm back from cryosleep. Back to questioning.
Dr. Nohbody cracks his neck before continuing
Dr. Nohbody: SCP-XXXX, do you have a name?
SCP-XXXX: yes
Dr. Nohbody: Do you know what your name is?
SCP-XXXX: no
Dr. Nohbody: That's a shame. Had your outlook on other human beings changed?
SCP-XXXX: Yes

SCP-XXXX writes down: Not all humans deserve death, but the other humans deserve to be slaughtered
Dr. Nohbody: Do you know how you got your powers?
SCP-XXXX writes: sightly
Dr. Nobody: How did you get your powers?
SCP-XXXX erases for more room on the paper, before writing: To my understanding, it's a lot like witchcraft, I say a certain few words, and the louder I say them the more powerful the effect becomes. I've also seen upsidedown starts with circles around them, and goat skulls in the middle of the stars.
Dr. Nohbody: Well that's alarming. Anyways, do you think your powers are a blessing or a curse?
SCP-XXXX hesitates, erases, then writes: they're…50/50*
Dr. Nobody: …. Sure. Anyways, let's move on. The next question is… Oh wait, there isn't another one. Welp, back to cryosleep.

SCP-XXXX is now able to say short sentences. SCP-XXXX has also expanded their own vocabulary. They've read several different novels, and had taken a liking to ability wielding characters in stories, as well as ones with demons in them.

SCP-XXXX: yes, and my name is Hallow.
Dr. Nohbody: That's new. How's your outlook on other human beings?
SCP-XXXX: Disgusting
Dr. Nohbody: How about your power's origin?
SCP-XXXX: From the souls of the most damned people in hell.
Dr. Nohbody: Ah, interesting. Do you see your powers as a blessing or a curse?
SCP-XXXX: I realize now that my powers are blessings to make the sinners pay for their crimes.
Dr. Nohbody says "Ah, ok", before leaning to a device on table: Note to everyone who comes near SCP-XXXX, don't let ANY D-Class near them.
SCP-XXXX takes a deep breath, and Dr. Nobody immediately covers their ears.

Addendum: One
After SCP-XXXX almost breached containment, we got permission to upgrade from light containment to medium containment, and doubling the guards, with two outside, and two inside.

While another doctor interviewed SCP-XXXX, since Dr. Nohbody whishes to not get killed, SCP-XXXX breached containment, for a little bit, before getting re-contained.

We have got the permission to upgrade then to a heavy containment chamber. There are now 8 guards guarding SCP-XXXX. We have any upgraded SCP-XXXX's object class to Keter, because if it gets out, there would be a Site-wide genocide. We haven't checked if it would attack an SCP, but we won't test it, with the only reason is the that it would be too risky, potentially creating a massive containment breach.
