Special Containment Procedures: Until sufficient information regarding SCP-XXXX's foreign policy, history, and potential military capabilities is gathered, rudimentary diplomatic relations have been established with SCP-XXXX. Long-term containment plans, depending on the eventual capabilities of SCP-XXXX, will either consist of tiamat-class neutralization attempts or continued autonomy through through terms laid out by the Yesod Convention.

An embassy representing both the Foundation and the United Kingdom has been established within SCP-XXXX'S Parliament Square district. —Equipment from in-universe Foundation based sites is to be smuggled into SCP-XXXX through the embassy. Furthermore, dissidents and refugees may be smuggled out of SCP-XXXX through the embassy, with resettlement into a Foundation chosen community1, in exchange for information.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an extra-dimensional autocratic city-state centralized within a pocket-reality thirty six whalons east of London, England. SCP-XXXX is governed by an invasive and intensive personality cult based upon the image of former British Prime Minister Margret Thatcher. Cultural, economic and aesthetic principles within SCP-XXXX and its internal culture are based upon a conglomeration of distinct historical periods within British history, particularly the Victorian era, spanning to the mid post-war period. A distinct cut-off date has not been established.

Individual areas within SCP-XXXX are designed in alternating architectural styles, with significant overlap. Public fashion is similar, in that styles popular in one time period are often combined with trends from another. Public culture is primarily one of paranoia. SCP-XXXX has an extensive system of mass-media, manifesting in government produced programs, books, film and television. Despite lax regulation on the market, media is still tightly controlled.

SCP-XXXX's government exercises almost absolute control over all facets of life within SCP-XXXX. The governing party, simply referred to as The Conservatives, face no opposition, and as such, frequent laws and arbitrary regulations are regularly filed, often with little public acknowledgement. Labor Unions are explicitly banned within SCP-XXXX, and union activities are often met with summary execution. Official party material protrays Margaret Thatcher as a holy, messiac character, comparable to the virgin Mary. All church and religious art displayed in SCP-XXXX has been modified to incorporate Thatcher, such as piece reminiscent of Michelangelo's Pietà, with Thatcher holding the remains of Jesus Christ. Thatcher is referred to either as 'Mother', or 'Madame' Margaret, with 'Maggie' being used as an affectionate nickname.

Despite pervasive government control on everyday life, the economy within SCP-XXXX is managed through a laissez-faire economic system, with no government regulations concerning working conditions, minimum wage, hazard control, and quality assurance of public goods. Numerous corporations are present within SCP-XXXX, many of which are run by individuals not physically present within SCP-XXXX. Connections to these companies and certain groups of interest are being investigated. SCP-XXXXX makes use of propoganda, primarily consisting of posters, public information films, radio announcements and propaganda art. A large, highly capable police force not hindered by anti-brutality logs, is used to keep civilians within check. SCP-XXXX also makes use of a secret police, ostensibly referred to as the Queen's Lamb Command. Like with the main police force, the command is not limited by warrants or anti-brutality regulations. Alongside traditional policing methods, both SCP-XXXX's surface-level police force and secret police are believed to record most phone conversations, and most public places, such as cáfes and public parks are bugged. Numerous plainclothes officers are prevalent among busy urban regions, as well as within smaller neighborhoods and businesses. Insult, public ridicule and displays of anti-patriotism are met with force, substantial fines, and imprisonment. Public executions are not uncommon, and are occasionally broadcast to the public. Like with all propaganda shown in SCP-XXXX, viewing is mandatory, regardless of age.

SCP-XXXX is divided into five distinct districts, each of which specializing in a different division of the city-state, with individual districts for housing, manufacture, commence, government and military. See addendum No. 1 for further information.

SCP-XXXX's history is difficult to properly document due to intentionally misleading information and purposefully contradicting text and records. It is currently unknown whether SCP-XXXX has a timeline divergence within the reality it takes place in, or if it is simply manufactured, incorrect information. As no verifiable information not from the government cannot be found, it is believed to be faked. Public information available to the public contains numerous erranous text as well as substantial historical revisionism, especially in reference to far-right groups. Internal information notes construction of SCP-XXXX state that the city itself began construction in 1971, one year after a supposed civil war within London. No distinct groups are mentioned, instead bbeing broadly blamed on 'unionists'. Additionally, historical accounts of right-wing violence are revised to suggest that left wing activists were chiefly responsible for provocation, such as with the Battle of Cable Street.
