Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-2, SCP-XXXX-3, and SCP-XXXX-4 are all to be kept in a standard Humanoid cell. Each SCP-XXXX instance are to have a level 2 access card, and are able to roam around site freely but should not be able to leave.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 to 4 are Humanoids Ranging from the ages of ██ to ██. All instances of SCP-XXXX are able to replicate a specific form of matter. The forms of matter known to the foundation that the SCP-XXXX instances are capable of replicating are Solids, Liquids, Gases, and Plasma. SCP-XXXX-1 through 4 were found attacking SCP-682 (who had breached and was attacking a nearby city at the time). SCP-682 was trying to escape the group who were chasing the reptile and attacking any chance they got. Upon the arrival of Mobile Task Force Alpha 5 and Omega 6 The group told Alpha 5 that they had control of the situation and no help was needed. SCP-682 promptly knocked them out about 2 minutes later.
SCP-XXXX-1 is an African American male approximately 6ft 2 in height. SCP-XXXX-1 is able to control all forms of solid matter except ice. The range of this ability is unknown but he claims that he is able to Control all solids. SCP-XXXX-1 also has immense physical strength and is capable of lifting up to 3 tons. He claims that his strength was a product of his ability witch was gained through anomalous means. Though his strength is seemingly very limited as only being seen lifting up to three tons, It is estimated that he is much stronger. As he has been seen ripping through solid Bedrock and diamond. SCP-XXXX-1 is docile but can easily crush living beings into small cubes with his anomalous ability. SCP-XXXX-1 gets extremely defensive when SCP-XXXX-3 in in danger or threatened. due to this, during a containment breach, SCP-XXXX-3 is not to be tranquilized until SCP-XXXX-1 is subdued. In the event that SCP-XXXX-3 is harmed or Tranquilized, SCP-XXXX-1 will enter a rage state and will neutralize any and all personnel in the way to the person responsible for the injury of SCP-XXXX-3. Sense SCP-XXXX-1 is capable of moving solid matter with his mind, he is used to help re-contain SCP's in the event of a Containment Breach, he also aids in creating foundation sites because of his strength.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a White female approximately 5ft 8 in height. SCP-XXXX-2 is able to control any and all forms of matter in a liquid state. SCP-XXXX-2 is also able to control Ice despite it being in a solid state. SCP-XXXX-2 can not control blood. SCP-XXXX-2 states that the reason she can not manipulate this liquid is because of the levels of other non liquid items in blood. She is able to recreate liquid mixture that contain solids though so this is believed to be a lie because of the brutality that controlling the blood of a organism may have. SCP-XXXX-2 usu aly wears a blue shirt and jeans, but will sometimes change into the following (a blue dress and stalkings, white sweat pants and a red, blue, or pink shirt, or a white dress with blue design patterns)
SCP-XXXX-3 is a red haired, white female approximately 5ft 6 in height. SCP-XXXX-2 is able to manipulate the air particles in the air. To terminate individuals, SCP-XXXX-3 uses a method similar to SCP-173. Violently twisting peoples necks by using air particles around the individual to twist the neck of the victim. SCP-XXXX-3 is immune to all forms of dangerous gas, including SCP-008. SCP-XXXX-3 is able to recreate these gasses as well. SCP-XXXX-3 is mainly used to recreate Light containment decontamination gas, and terminating disobedient D-class personnel out of foundation reach.
SCP-XXXX-4 is a White male approximately 5ft 9 in height. SCP-XXXX-4 has a tuft of hair hanging over the left eye. SCP-XXXX-4 is able to manipulate and recreate forms of plasma. This includes the following (Fire, Plasma, and flammable gas). SCP-XXXX-4 is usually UN-compliant and usually resists attempts to learn more about him. Much is unknown about SCP-XXXX-4 because of this.
Each SCP-XXXX instance should not be separated unless for testing their ability's.

What was that thing? It came into the city at the dead of night! Alex got his eye cut out. I took all the air from his lungs but he was still going! Wow, never saw anything like it before. i was scared! Ok so here is what happened. That monster came intothe city at midnight. It woke us all up when it killed a dude on the street. I will always remember that scream, a scream that would wake anyone up. We all rushed inside to see it eating the bone and all. it was, growing? Oh, and spikes came from its back. The boney spikes sticking from its back made it look like a hedgehog. we imidatly attacked it. It ran like a coward. John laughed an said "This would be easy" we chased it into the dessert. Did i mention the dessert? Nevermind, anyways it kept running and i was useless.John ripped its tail clean off. It screamed in pain but kept running. What was this thing? Thats when you guys showed up. Ava was annoyed "ugh, the cops are here". Then i told you that we had it under control, but… yeah you know the rest.
