Description: SCP-XXXX is a Roman Catholic confessional. SCP-XXXX has a central chamber connected to two other chambers on either side by a latticed window, designed so that an individual in an outer chamber can communicate with an individual in the inner chamber. SCP-XXXX's anomalous effect becomes active when an individual (referred to as "the Priest") sits in SCP-XXXX's central chamber and another individual (referred to as "the Penitent") occupies one of the outer chambers. If the Penitent admits to actions or thoughts considered immoral by the priest, they will become mentally incapable of repeating the given thoughts/actions.

Penitents who use SCP-XXXX 5 times or more tend to feel an increased amount of guilt over relatively minor transgressions, often describing a "heavy" feeling which increases between uses of SCP-XXXX. Many repeat Penitents will encourage others to use SCP-XXXX, occasionally becoming violent to this end, though there is some speculation as to whether this is due to the direct effect of SCP-XXXX or is a mundane human reaction to its primary effect.
