I am downvoting for the following reasons.
- Excessive use of the blackbox. It creates multiple distractions in the visual field and the impact of redacting is not such that it justifies that
- Improper use of the formatting screw. The blink effect is not limited to the collapsible with the email, but rather the effect is spread universally onto all of your collapsibles. This is both annoying and distracting.
- SCP-5157 is a human skull of caucasian origin. This is improper on multiple levels.
- "Dr Saul" in some instance you use "Dr." and in others you use "Dr ", this inconsistency is sloppy and detracts from the piece as a whole.
- The idea itself is not very compelling, and the narrative that drives us to your conclusion is poorly constructed.
> SCP-5269 is an average motel built in the 1960s and is broken down and rusted to a point of no reform, inside SCP-5269 is broken furniture, moldy carpet and broken fluorescent lights.
This is a run-on sentence, absent clinical tone, and does not adequately describe the anomaly. The SPaG errors, poor tone, and inadequacy carries on throughout the piece, though that first sentence is more than enough to merit my downvote.

This conversation is quickly going off the rails.
Author, once you post something to the main site you have acknowledged that you have already received feedback on the piece in question and that you have posted something that is complete and ready for publication.
There are lots of resources available to you to get feedback if you wish to receive it.
Resource Links (omitted for brevity)
I strongly urge you to get feedback before you post something to the main site. Readers are not at all required to justify their vote to you and demanding feedback on a post you have submitted to the main site is unlikely to get you the results that you are looking for.
- SCP-5127 (coldpost) staff post
Though it is not required, I am going to do a quick rundown of the reasons I am downvoting this article.
- Excessive use of the blackbox. This is a major distraction in the visual field and the use of it is not justified in the narrative.
- Poor clinical tone. There are areas where the tone is either very poor or lacking altogether.
- Reliance upon the x-man/vampire trope. Immortal superbeings are a dime a dozen in this universe and this version is neither unique nor interesting.
- Vaguely inappropriate content. While not universally banned, sexual content is usually frowned upon, especially if it is the primary aspect of the article in question.
- Lack of a proper narrative. The story told here is vague and uninteresting and doesn't delve deeply enough to be anything more than a thing what does a thing.
There are numerous resources available to you should you wish to utilize them. I strongly urge that you get feedback before you post something to the site again.
