Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 10x10x10 feet room. SCP-XXXX must be supported at 3 feet above the ground by a metal rod with an openably claw attached to the end. SCP-XXXX needs to the fixated by the claw between the two "bulb" parts of the object.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a glass object in the form of two tear-shaped hollow bulbs connected by their thin ends to each other. The glass is an approximate 0,15 inch thick at every point in the object and seemingly slightly more robust than traditional glass, although it has not been observed under high amounts of stress yet.
SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties activate once a the bulb come into contact with any object. After 2 seconds of touching the surface of said object, the bulb will fill with a liquid with the exact same colour of the surface of the object through anomalous means. Tests have revealed the viscosity to be similar to that of water.
When touching any other surface with a full bulb, that surface and any neighbouring surface with an edge higher than 90° will immediately adopt the colour of the liquid in said bulb.
The liquid inside the bulb can be disposed of turning SCP-XXXX so that the full bulb is placed over the empty one. After roughly 2.5 seconds the bulb will empty anomalously.
However, when both bulbs are filled with liquids of different colour, turning SCP-XXXX will result in the upper bulb emptying inside the lower bulb, creating a colour that is a perfect cromatic mixture of both.
SCP-XXXX has shown to posess slightly memetic properties when used by an individual. After roughly 2 minutes of individuals learning the properties of SCP-XXXX all subjects have been observed using them in a playful manner, colouring each wall of the room differently and changing their uniforms tones. After 10 minutes, most subjects gain knowledge on how to use SCP-XXXX more accurately, allowing them to draw singular lines and shapes instead of colouring entire surfaces. Subjects were not able to describe how they did this, nor did they remember any of the techniques after using SCP-XXXX

Subject: D-4352, diagnosed psychopath with severe sadistic tendencies.
Procedure: None. Let D-4352 use SCP-XXXX without orders.
Results: D-4352 coloured each of the champers walls in a different colour, while laughing childishly. After 15 minutes D-4352 started drawing flowers on the walls.
Analysis: Apparently SCP-XXXX has some kind of minor memetic properties, resulting in more peaceful, yet childlike behaviour.

Subject: D-5570
Procedure: D-5570 was allowed to explore SCP-XXXX's properties until SCP-XXXX's memetic effect started. D-5570 was ordered to draw a specific shape. D-5570was responsive, but could not focus enough to actually finish the drawing.
Results:D-5570 was responsive, but could not focus enough to actually finish the drawing. SCP-XXXX's memetic effects do not make subjects more suggestible.
Analysis: This makes its properties way less useful for the foundation.
Test-log SCP-XXXX-03
Subject: D-7320
Procedure: D- 7320 was ordered to memorize and draw a specific shape with SCP-XXXX after being given a signal.
Results: The signal was given after SCP-XXXX's memetic properties took effect. D- 7320 does not respond.
Analysis:Either SCP-XXXX's memetic properties are stronger than we thoght, or they are vary in strength.
Test-log SCP-XXXX-04
Subject: D- 3312
Procedure: D- 3312 was allowed to use SCP-XXXX for as long as they wanted and provided food and water.
Results: D- 3312 spent 98 hours painting the walls of the chamber with occassional breaks o eat and drink. D- 3312 did not sleep during the time but was extremely tired after being seperated from SCP-XXXX
Analysis: We have hoped D- 3312 would discover the formula for the "invisibility-liquid", but they seemingly had no intents on further experimentation after the initial 10 minutes.
Tes-log SCP-XXXX-05
Subject: D- 3708
Procedure: D-3708 was ordered to colour his own skin.
Results: D- 3708 was able to focus long enough to follow the order. Subjects skin immediately turned bright orange before collapsing after roughly 27 seconds. Autopsy reveals death by asphyxiation. Furthermore, that the entire digestive and respiratory system were covered in orange colour of unknown composition and thickness.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX apparently does not change the objects it colours, but covers it instantaneously.
Doctor's note: This thing is basically a super-pencil. Just put it in a box and stop wasting ressources and time to it. No, this wont help up get rid of 682 and no it will never prove useful. This thing is a safe-class object. We are supposed to secure, contain and protect, which is not secure and screw with it until it eventually kills us all understood?
