The New Era
It had been 10 years since The Infinity Coalition and the Foundation had worked with one another to take out the Scarlet King. The world came to know the incident as (The Reckoning). Everyone that knew of him had celebrated and his skull and crown were put on display, in the Mall of America where a museum, known as the Museum of The Grand Organizations was created. A museum with the sole purpose to catalog all the secret organizations throughout the world.
The museum had grown over the years as all the Organizations they cataloged supplied them with one thing or another. They were supplied with Hunters, MTF's, and G.O.C. squads for their research and findings. The museum was respected and far more so than almost anyone except, The Infinity Coalition.The museum had cataloged almost every group except one, The Children of the Scarlet King. And rumor had it that they had found a remnant of the Scarlet King.
It was also rumored that they planned on raising him then letting him have the world. The Foundation at this point used Anon to hunt down every remnant of them found while Samsara searched for the Scarlet King to put him in Foundation hands. Of course the entire world did not like that and threatened the Foundation with war if they kept him. The Foundation reluctantly agreed to their terms in which, if they found him they would hand him over to The Infinity Coalition, who would then terminate him.
But that was all years ago and now 1 was happy, living in Alaska with his son and Sahara. She was still a Hunter but had to do much less hours. Anon was also well to do off as each of the members was given a massive fortune by all the major governments, for their help in killing the Scarlet King. 1 was truly happy with this as he finally got that peace he wanted. He knew though if destiny came knocking he'd have to answer it. And one thing kept running through his mind, 20 more years, 20 more years until Jereantal arrived. He just hoped they were ready when she arrived.
1 looks to his son and sees he has black hair and grey eyes. And he knew he was good, but he wondered if that was enough, if that would be enough, if that could be enough, or if that should be enough. He then looks to his son to see grey hair and blue eyes. He knows that's not right, that's not his son. He then looks to him again and sees the Scarlet King. 1 looks on in fear as he see Jereantal step out of the husk of the King.
1 closes his eyes and hopes this isn't real. 1 then opens them as he hears Sahara. 1 sees himself falling then thuds onto the ground hard. 1 looks to himself and sees his old armor. He then looks to his left and sees 2, he looks to his right and sees 3 and 4 rush ahead. 2 picks him up "come on we're almost there". 1 watches as 2 is shot down, 2 looks to him with horror and shame as he dies. 1 looks ahead and sees 4 dead with spikes running through him, while 3 is held by the neck. Jereantal holds him as he stabs her, "die dammit, die you mother fucker". Jereantal looks to 1 as she snaps 3's neck and drops him dead and cold to the ground.
1 looks on in horror as he sees her Sahara lying on the ground dying. 1 runs to her "no, no, not you, not now". 1 caresses her hair as she dies. 1 screams as he holds her lifeless and yet still warm body. Jereantal walks towards him and when she reaches him she caresses his head. "It's ok, because you'll forget". 1 looks to Jereantal "what, no don't make me forget". "I need you to, I don't plan on killing all of you. And I'll especially need you". Jereantal moves her hand to his forehead and starts to take away his memory. When 1 sees All-Father fade he tries his best hold on but losses him. He sees 2 fade and then watches as 3 and 4 fade. Finally Sahara starts to fade and 1 does his absolute best to hold on, but can't.
1 watches as Sahara smiles then fades, he sees her stroke her own hair and fade. 1 sees it the moment she killed his family and that fades to. 1 screams as the final memory of Sahara fades into nothing. 1 passes out, but he hears something and wakes up to see water. He looks to his left and sees water, then to his right and sees water. 1 gets up and looks in front to see a mirror. As he walks to it he sees an Infinite.
1 moves his hand and so does it, he flicks his wrists and so does it. 1 moves closer as it stands still and the Light around it fades. He sees it's him, he was or is an Infinite. He walks closer and sees next to the Infinite is, Jereantal but as an Infinite. He watches to see the two train. Jereantal runs to 1 as he uses earth to create waves that she simply dodges by floating in the air. 1 grabs her with air and throws her down, so all the quakes hit her. Once the training stops 1 walks over to her and helps her up. Jereantal smiles "you always beat me, don't you". 1 smirks "yeah that's because I'm the trainer, and the teacher.
Jereantal smile made it seem she was happy, but then she stops and stares at 1 as he looks on from the mirror. Jereantal steps out and 1 falls down as she steps towards him, as she steps closer to him 1 falls through the floor. 1 falls further and further into the Darkness and finally hits it. But before he can see it, he wakes up to see himself back with his son and Sahara. 20 years, that's all that runs through his mind. 20 years before she comes and takes everything he loves.
1 strokes his head and thinks of how much he misses All-Father, and how much he wants him back. His son looks to him and 1 sees black hair and grey eyes. 1's son looks into his eyes and asks "dad who is that at the door"? 1 looks behind him and past the screen to see 3. "Shit, here we go", 1 gets up and reluctantly answers the door, "oh, what do you want"? 3 just pushes past him, "nice place you have here, how long has it been since you were here last, huh"? 1 sighs "come on in why don't you". 3 looks back to 1 "sorry just needed to tell you something".
1 smiles as he speaks "what you want to confess to being an asshole". 3 laughs, "no nothing like that". "SCP-2000 is malfunctioning; its creating entities we've never seen before and making them in mass". 1 gets a perplexed look, "how, and why, or should I ask how many"? 4 then steps into 1's house, just before 2 does so. "great the whole team is here", 1 palms his face knowing that this is destiny. His son sees 2,3, and 4, "Uncles, yeah they're back". 2 leans down and pulls out some German chocolate then hands it to 1's son. "thanks Uncle you're the best". 1's son didn't wait and dug into the chocolate. 4 looks to the kid "don't spoil your lunch with that".
Sahara walks back to her house to see a Foundation convoy parked outside it. She grabs her pistol and rushes in at the ready. Once she sees it's the old squad though she smiles. "oh man it's just you guys good". 3 walks over to her, "so how you been Sahara"? 2 and 4 wait eagerly for her response. "I've been pretty good, and what is this all about"? 4 looks to Sahara then to 1 then back to her, "have you too seriously not been paying attention to the news at all". 2 walks over to the TV 1 was staring at blankly a few minutes ago.
He flips it on and video plays of the a news chopper in Yellowstone. "shocking news today at one of the Foundation's facilities as an entity known as SCP-2000. Which was known to hold clones of every human alive; has starting producing entities that have super powers. We warn you the footage may be disturbing for some viewers". A helicopter cam then shows a super powered person that resembles one of the old squads of Anon. 1,2,3, and 4 all look on in shock, the news media continues to play as a reporter explains, "it appears a Foundation Commander is approaching the super now". The video shows the Commander approach cautiously then has the super tranqed.
As Foundation all load 156 supers into the transport trucks the reporter walks to the Commander. "Commander, Commander are you able to make a quote on, anything that just happened here". "no, other than we will take good care of these men". Before the Commander leaves the reporter asks on final thing "sir can you make a comment on how you lost SCP-173, and SCP-096". The Commander just glares at her then drives off. Anon all then hear look on as the reporter introduces a new story. "that's right Jack we are getting reports The Infinity Coalition has custody of SCP-173 and killed SCP-096, that's right people you heard correctly they killed SCP-096".
A new video plays with the Hunter Anon were trained by on it. They all see SCP-096 with hooks on each of it's joints going through it's tendons. SCP-096 doesn't scream as it's tongue and jaw have been removed by the hooks. The Hunter mocks it, "oh what no more screaming can't do it without this", the Hunter holds up SCP-096's jaw and proceeds to beat it with it's own jaw. SCP-096 begins to wail and cry as the Hunter beats it's skull in with it's jaw.
SCP-096 tries to lunge forward only to pull it's left arm loose and out of place. SCP-096 tries to cry only to split blood which it begins to choke on. One of Heretic-1 walks up behind SCP-096 and cuts it's tendons off removing it's arm. SCP-096 cries and blood starts to move from it's eyes to it's exposed teeth. All of Anon look on feeling great sorrow for the beast. The Hunter laughs, then grabs SCP-096's head and pulls out one of it's eyes.
SCP-096 flails violently and wails as he does so, once the eyes out SCP-096 is able to hit the Hunter with it's other arm. The Hunter gets thrown back and hits the a wall made of Ununquadium. The Hunter grunts as he gets up, then looks to the monster. Even with the Hunter's helmet on you could tell he was pissed. The Hunter marches over to SCP-096 and takes off his helmet. The Hunter had brown hair wit golden eyes and light stubble, a strong jaw and firm cheeks was what 096 saw. The Hunter holds up 096's eyes then eats it. As he chews on it Anon all look away in disgust. The Hunter spits out the eye with it having burst. Juices leak down the Hunter's face as 096 wails.
The Hunter smirks, "good you know how dangerous I am then". As he grabs 096's head he looks into it only eye left, "you'll learn how cruel I can be and then you'll die monster". The news feed cuts off after that and Anon all look to each other. Anon now what they once worked with, a monster, true and form of what the Infinites hate. Whatever this Hunter was turning into they knew they had to find a way to stop him, but not before he killed 096, at least not before then.
The Commander of the site that Anon once worked on enters into 1's house. 1 turns to him "Jesus what is this a fucking tour of my house". Sahara hits 1 across the face, "do not swear in front of our child". 1 apologizes "right sorry". The Commander looks to Anon and has them follow him as he walks out. 1 doesn't like the fact he's being brought right back into it, he only got 10 years of piece and this time he had a million more questions. As 1 leaves Sahara stops him, "hey come back home safe". 1 and Sahara embrace each other and kiss. 1 looks to his son, "boy stay safe while I'm gone, and take care of your mother". His son smiles, "I will dad I promise".
1 then gets into the one of the Humvees in the convoy and heads out. As one heads back to Anchorage he sees it the site, that submarine was always grand and great, but now it seemed more important than ever. 1 steps out of the Humvee to hear a familiar voice, "so 1 is back, it's good you're awake to the world once again, because we need you now more than ever". 1 turns around to see All-Father alive, "how, why, 2000 right". All-Father starts to laugh, "yes 2000 brought me back, but I'm not the same as I was when I died". All-Father reaches out his hand, 1 takes it and the two enjoy the moment. All-Father then looks to the tunnel 1 moved through and sees her, his Light Bearer.
Sahara stops and drops everything then runs to him. She holds tight of All-Father, "dad, I'm so glad you're back". All-Father holds tight of her, "I never left, I was always here even when I was gone". Sahara looks up to All-Father "so how long have you been back"? All-Father sighs as he rubs his neck, he then looks to 1 "I just got back about 2 weeks ago; God wasn't willing to let me go for quite a long time". He then looks up "Heaven was sure nice but it can wait, especially for you my sweetheart". All-Father looks to one and lips "you're secrets safe, about you know what". 1 gives All-Father a thumbs up and then walks back into the site.
Sahara lets go of All-Father and says "well it was good seeing you but I have to get back to our child". As she says that she looks to 1. All-Father smiles and nods, he gives Sahara one last look "I'll have to see that kid some time soon". Sahara smiles "that sounds good see you then". As All-Father steps onto the site he waves goodbye to Sahara and then goes into as it moves back under the water.
When All-Father and Anon step back into the light of the site they hear applause and cheering to see old friends and new ones. Anon was happy to be back except of course for 1, he hoped whatever they were doing would be done soon. He truly did want to be with Sahara and didn't want to waste another chance at a good life.
1 sadly, knew the likely hood of him dying was high, especially since The Children of the Scarlet King was still out there. Even worse The Choas Insurgency had grown far more active and attacked The Infinity Coalition. War was breaking out on all fronts, but even in this Dark time there was a Light. As The Infinity Coalition had contacted their forces that left Earth years ago. This force was made of Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of spatial warships, along with thousands of Spatial Defense Stations, satellites outfitted for war, and a few billion soldiers at the ready to fight. The whole world was happy to know such a force was out there standing at the ready to fight Jereantal when she arrived.
Hope was found, but even still many were skeptical if they'd arrive in time as they were galaxies away. Many believed and some even estimated it could take this force even with limitless resources 100 years to get to Earth. But people still held hope that they would arrive and save the day. Anon knew better than to put their faith in something so far away, but even 1 was hopeful they'd arrive. He hoped they would come and stop her before it was too late.
1 thinks about this as the site moves back into the Pacific Ocean and to SCP-2000. Since the last visit from Anon and All-Father to the site it had expanded past it's outdated version into a new one. The Site was now close to 5 miles long and could act as a B.O.O. or Base Of Operations. It could even take on the role of Aircraft Carrier or Battleship. Even better with the new money given to them by the governments and the U.N. they built a total of 12 of them as well as 8 Spatial Warships. This was due to pressure upon The Infinity Coalition by all the worlds governments, which forced the T.I.C.'s hand into, handing quite a bit of money and resources over to the Foundation.
Of course this left a sour taste in the T.I.C.'s mouth. But all they could do was pout. All-Father looks on at the new and improved site made of Ununquadium. He smiles as all the staff turn and look to him for guidance. Anon was happy to see All-Father back where he belonged. 1 looks on and sees many of the staff waiting for orders. 3 looks to All-Father with him seeming overwhelmed by all the attention. All-Father just stares on at all the new tech, tanks, APC's, and LAV's. Every single staff member looks to Anon as they see All-Father start to have a mental breakdown.
2 steps forward "alright everyone get to work, we are gonna need a total of one tank battalion, two APC battalions, and four LAV battalions. So let's get moving on that now". Everyone moves to their posts and works to get ready as Anon follow All-Father into his new office. As 4 closes the door All-Father scratches at his chest where he was shot when he died. All-Father starts to break down even more, unable to handle the stress that he know will have to deal with. 1 puts his hand on All-Father's shoulder, "hey can you deal with this, or do you think you need more time".
All-Father looks up to one from his seat "honestly I don't know what I could do, I have no idea how to run this facility. I mean it's nothing like the old one, and now we have space ship meant for war". All-Father looks out his balcony, "at least they gave me another balcony. But everything has changed so much since I died". All-Father was nothing like how he used to be, Especially when death was at the door. No here he was afraid, he felt alone, he felt as if he wasn't ready and never would be. O5-2 walks into the office and All-Father walks to her practically jogging. "thank God your still here" All-Father hugs O5-2 and holds her tight. O5-2 tries to push him off but decides to let him get this out of the way.
After All-Father lets her go she gestures for Anon to leave. Anon all nod then leave before the two talk to one another. As the door closes O5-2 kisses All-Father then pushes him back after he tries to get handsy, "no, I mean not here. I don't want to do it, but here is not the ideal place". All-Father sighs, "you're right, but I still will want to get that out of the way eventually". O5-2 agrees, "of course and we will just not today, today we look over how you're getting acquainted back into this life style".
All-Father calms himself down and pulls himself together enough to at least do that. He smiles and then listens to the report. As that happens Anon moves to the Armory to get ready for what may come next. Anon all put on the armor they had gotten when working The Infinity Coalition. As they equip it 2 looks to the end of the table hoping to see a hologram of Sahara. But one never shows, all of Anon know what he was looking for and move their heads down in regret they don't get to see her again. 1 knows what to say but keeps quiet, and just thinks how he'll miss her, for however long he's gone. 3 looks to the table and sees the disk All-Father had set down all those years ago, or at least a version of it.
3 picks up the disk and throws it on the table, for Anon to all stop before they put on their helmets. They all see it, the box they were going to get at the beginning of their return. Now though they weren't allowed to go after, since there was a truce between the T.I.C. and The Foundation. Anon all look to the door, hoping to see Samsara barge in to make jokes of old dogs, and they would retort about the children. Anon just think of how it's shame Anon is no longer under All-Father's command; of course how could they be, they were now under the command of another director.
All-Father soon walks in to the armory with O5-2 just waiting outside. All-Father looks to Anon with that face he had the first time they came back. Strong and brave that's what they all hoped, they also hoped it wasn't a facade. All-Father looks to Anon, "well welcome back boys and how have you been since I was gone". 4 looks to All-Father but then goes quiet, so 3 steps up "not great sir, it's been quite a ride and not all good".
All-Father looks down in shame he can tell that Anon isn't the same MTF he led. However he sees them as something more, and hopes to find out what that more is. All-Father then looks to Anon then to the disk as the box is still being displayed. All-Father smiles as he gets an idea "we should go after it, I here The Infinity Coalition abandoned that facility since then. Anon all look to All-Father and smile as they see a remnant of the old man. Anon all nod in agreement. All-Father nods and then radios new orders to the sites captain.
As Anon and All-Father exit out of the armory O5-2 glares at All-Father, "why have we changed course"? All-Father gives her a look and she peeks into the armory to see the box. "very well, I'll tell the other O5's where we are headed". O5-2 leaves as Anon get ready for a new mission, or maybe just one that never was finished. 1 looks to his squad "time to finish the fight, right boys". Anon all cheer and then head back to their room to wait.
As the site moves to the Atlantic, the Hunter in charge of The Infinity Coalition gets a message. He opens a tablet to see Anon are headed to the old facility to get the box. Another Hunter walks into his office to see black chairs, desks, and white walls. The Head Hunter smiles as The Hunter that came in explains, "sir we can have a Hunter, Trapper, or even Keeper team move in and get everything out". The Head Hunter waves him off "no, let them have it, whatever they find down there they deserve". The Hunter puts his hand over his heart then leaves. The Head Hunter looks on as T.I.C. drones watch the Atlantic; to see a Choas Insurgency Carrier along with a fleet move above the facility. The Hunter laughs. "Time to see what Anon is truly made of".
Anon after traveling for close to two days reaches it, the facility they were going to hit all those years ago. This time though the T.I.C. isn't there to defend it. Anon move out to a militarized sub able to hold 6 squads, launch air-propelled missiles and has cannons capable of firing underwater. Anon get in it as All-Father watches, before the hatch closes the Mole Rats join them. Anon is happy to see at least someone else come with them.
As the sub detaches from the site it moves into the water free from the current of the site. The site moves on as All-Father radios "you'll be on your own, so you two will have to get along now". The Mole Rats get ready as Anon count their mags. Rat-1 loads a Kel Tec KS7 shotgun, Rat-2 loads a single burst FN SCAR-20, Rat-3 loads two PP-2000 and then a SR-16 rifle, finally Rat-4 loads a classic, an M249 SAW, heat shield and all. Anon all just look on as they approach the facility to see it still on. "all the lights are on, but I doubt anyone is home", 3 says this, but he knows full well with the T.I.C., it could still be filled to the brim with soldiers.
Anon and the Mole Rats then get a radio transmission from All-Father. "Anon, Mole Rats we have a carrier above us. It appears The Choas Insurgency is here and has one Hell of a carrier with them. We likely wont be able to provide support, as it has a fleet with it as well". "Understood All-Father, well get in and then get back out quick". 2 and 4 guide the sub to the facility, for everyone to see a massive facility well over 60 miles long and 48 miles wide. There are a total of 5 buildings at least 7.5 miles long each. They are in the center surrounded by a dome that had dry land in it.
Around the wall are buildings the size of skyscrapers that are in the shape of a keep with a straight shaved top on each one. Each of them are half a mile high and filled with lights pouring out into the ocean lighting it up. Anon can see bases only about 30 stories tall as the final outskirts of the perimeter. Rat-2 looks to see three Choas Insurgency subs docked already at the dome, One Typhoon class and two Oscar class submarines.. Rat-3 points out another one docking as Anon look on to see the another typhoon class hit a sea mine, and then blow up. Bursts of air move the sub down into an abyss that the facility just floats over.
Everyone waits for 4 minutes to finally here a loud thud, soon followed by more explosions. 1 calls it in to All-Father. "All-Father I think you need to send more MTF's in, as The Choas Insurgency has got quite a few men in their". "Roger that I'll send more over, the Maz Hatters and some of Hammer Down will meet you in there". Anon all smile to know they'll actually get a good fight, it had been a long time since they got to fight another Organization that was this powerful. Anon knew the best part was thanks to pressure from the world, the T.I.C. sent the Foundation devices known as MET hearts to all of the MTF's.
MET hearts where the devices Anon and Samsara got all those years ago in Indonesia; but this time they got far more advance ones. The new ones allowed for healing to the point that you'd practically have to turn someone to ash in order to kill them. Even a heart strike with these new ones didn't guarantee a kill. Sadly though Marshall, Carter and Dark Ltd got their hands on some of these devices and made cheap knock offs that still worked but not to the degree these ones did. This was what The Chaos Insurgency had bought from them and then put in all their Task Forces.
Anon and the Mole Rats move the sub doing their best to be quiet. Anon then shut off the engine as another Choas Insurgency sub moves above them. 4 uses his future sight to see if they'll be found. After looking he yells "hold on to something". The sub above them is hit by a torpedo from one of the Submarine sites from the Foundation, The Prerequisite. The Prerequisite then engages the sub again firing four torpedoes blowing it up. The site being five miles long as well calls out to All-Father.
All-Father soon after calls to Anon. "I'm going to assault the fleet above with The Prerequisite and hopefully take out that Aircraft Carrier". Before 1 can respond All-Father speaks up. "I've also been told that Samsara is on that site and is being sent into the facility as well". 3 just mummers and then pouts. "Great more assholes to ruin the fun".
2 hits 3 then explains. "Samsara will be able to help us and with them. We can likely steal more shit then". 3 smiles at the thought of stealing. "Yeah, then the more the merrier, right". Anon knew this was going to be a hell of a fight as more Choas Insurgency subs were docking at the facility. "Who knows maybe you'll finally get to steal something other than pout like a bitch", 4 laughs after saying that. All of the Mole Rats laugh, but they also know the gravity of what they're getting into and how bad it could go. Anon just smile as the sub they're in moves closer to the facility.
Anon realizes just how big the facility actually is as they're passing the outskirts and see the bases below. The Mole Rats look on to see old navel guns on the base and buildings. 2 looks to them noticing they're either malfunctioning or just got shorted. 4 looks to see multiple uses for them, in which they could take over this facility, and use it for themselves. 3 just sees big guns that he could use to blast open whatever he wanted. 1 sees grand machines that were once made by a far more powerful T.I.C. that if the Foundation fought, they'd almost immediately annihilate the Foundation and the world's armies.
2 looks to the guns on last time as they start to move to the buildings. "The Infinity Coalition must've been a truly powerful force to be reckoned with at one point". 1 looks to 2 then back out at the buildings. "They still are, those billions of ships in space headed for Earth are the reckoning; It's just a matter of who that reckoning is for. I mean it's obviously going to be towards that bitch of a Cipher, but when they beat her. Who will they target next". "Who Indeed"? 4 knew this was the ultimate question. The one that needed to be answered more than if they could beat Jereantal. 4 blankly looks on as 1 stares at all the passing buildings.
4 knew that what would come next could be the end, but by whose hand. Would the Cipher be too much for even the T.I.C.'s might, or would they come out on top as they have done so far. And if so would they listen to that Hunter who's been going crazy. 4 pondered all these questions only to stop when he feels a thud move the sub. He looks out the window to see they've docked at the dome. Here it was the beginning to all their questions. Answers would finally be given, and hopefully they'd find peace in it. 4 then puts on his helmet as all of Anon does so too. Everyone then heads in as another Chaos Insurgency sub passes by.
What Lies Below
Here it was the moment you've all been waiting for Anon's Death. No I'm kidding or am I. No seriously though, Answer Time. So you in the back with the dumb glasses, yes you the one raising your hand like it means something. OH SHIT, you're here, I'm sorry I thought this was a seminar, for the questions to all my stories. But no here you are reading this thinking. "Just shut the fuck up and get on with it. Well if you're going to be that way, piss of that's right piss off". Narrator waits patiently like he has got better things to do. "Well you're still here so, I guess we'll get on with the story then. Now what was it about Jereantal. No that's not it her backstory will be much later".
"You also probably wonder why I put these "like this". Well it's because everyone has a different way of righting. And yes I intentionally spelled that wrong. So Anon yes here we go the best part yet. They oh, well this is not good I have tale 30 here. "Warning there may be spoilers ahead". After a long winded talk of how Anon became triumphant they rested until death. "The end now go home and read a book. What you want to know more, like what? The middle, The end. Fine but only because you're so nice about it".
Here it was the moment Anon was waiting for, answers would finally be given. As 1 moves into the facility he notices it's quiet and dull. 1 moves through an air lock to see a long bridge going above an open field where it looked like training would take place. He looks on further down the bridge to see a building round and massive. The circular buildings stretched for 140 stories, that ended with another building also circular going up another 60 stories. As 4 moves past 1; 2 looks on at all there was and saw the dome was a good 100 stories up above the buildings.
"So this is the facility we were going to hit". 2 was astonished to see such technology just from the set up. 4 looks to the ground to see structure that have an opening at the top, moving water from outside to inside then back outside, providing power for everything. 3 pulls out the sniper he brought with him. An Intervention, the same one he stole after the mission in Indonesia. He looks through the scope to see Choas Insurgency soldiers moving to the generators. "I got a line on some Insurgency guys". 1 waves him down and 3 puts his sniper on his back. 3 bit his lip, as he really wanted to shoot them. But he knew better than to disobey 1.
1 waves them all on forward and everyone moves through the bridge. Rat-1 looks to see Samsara docking miles away at another building. They then see Hammer Down and Maz Hatters dock as well. Anon moves forward with the Mole Rats as all the other MTF's start to exit their subs. Anon finally sees it, the entrance to the building. As they enter they see it's almost completely intact. But the lights were out and the emergency lights weren't on. 3 steps forward for the building to suddenly burst to life. When all the lights turn on they all see white walls with black trims. 3 uses his zoom function on his helmet and sees much further down the hall blood lining the walls.
The Mole Rats move in past the door and it closes behind them. Rat-1 turns back to it and tries to open it but it won't budge. 2 looks down the hall as they all hear screeching and screams. They then gunfire and see an Infinity soldier get thrown back into the hall. 3 points his gun but 2 stops him. The soldier wore what all the Infinity soldiers wore. Clothes made of Kevlar, with plates made of Carbon Fiber that cover all the Kevlar pads on each part of their body. Legs, arms, chest, neck and even a helmet or hat, and mask made of Kevlar or Carbon Fiber.
The soldier gets up and grunts as more firing is heard. He turns to Anon and sees them. The soldier starts to run at them waving his hands and 4,3, and 2 raise their guns as he starts to get close. The soldier stops as 2 orders. "Get on the ground now"! The soldier drops his gun and then gets on his knees, they all hear the screeching again but this time it's followed by stomps that were fast. 1 holds up his gun at the ready as 2 revs up his minigun. 4 pulls out an AA-12 and loads it. 3 points his sniper at the thing's head as he sees it turn the corner. 1 waves his hand and whatever it is has it's head blown off. Blood splatters onto the walls and everything goes quiet.
Suddenly though the running starts up again, but now sounding like sprinting. It sounded like hundreds of footsteps all moving to them. The soldier gets back up and grabs his gun. He cowers as he hears the things getting closer and closer. 2 moves ahead and aims his minigun towards the noise. As all the shadows are seen on the wall, it soon fades into the horde of monsters they see. "Oh shit, SCP-008". 3 starts to shoot as 2 plows them all down hitting each one in the head. More and more of them keep coming and 1 realizes they'll be overrun soon.
1 orders everyone down a hall as the monsters reach them. One of them grabs 4 and tries to bite him but can't get through his armor. Everyone runs as the monsters follow close behind screeching and drooling blood. One of them leaps onto the wall and crawls ahead of all the other. 3 turns around and fires blowing off it's leg. The monster screeches in agonizing pain then dies. 4 sees a lab ahead and gestures to it. 1 acknowledges it and moves everyone into it. 3 still running to it tries his best to stay ahead of the horde. As 3 gets inside 1 closes the door but two of the monsters get in.
Anon look on afraid as the monsters flail about and run towards 3. The Infinity Soldier shoot both of the monsters in the hearts and they die. "Oh fuck, thank God for you guys. I actually thought I was dead there for a minute". Rat-2 runs up to the soldier and clocks him in the jaw. The soldier falls to the ground and looks up to Rat-2 confused. "Why, why did you just punch me"? 3 walks over to the soldier and slams him against the window. 3 presses the soldier against the window. "So do you want to be out there with them"? The soldier laughs. "Fools, this is glass is made of a material so strong not even a nuke could break it. No matter what you do you'd never get me through it, so let me go and I'll tell you everything I know".
1 moves 3 off of the soldier and then let's him sit down. As the soldier sits down he looks to all of Anon and the Mole Rats. "So the famous Anon comes to visit us the T.I.C., how lucky we are. Honestly we knew you were coming even back 10 years ago we knew. Yep thank to Light Bearer she puts bugs in almost every site she visited. Hell she even got one put in the room where the O5's use to meet, of course that's why they moved to that sub. But you're here for the box, for answers, for the truth. Is the T.I.C., the good guys or are they the bad guys". 1 takes off his helmet and the soldier sees a man stern and mean look at him. "We came here for one thing. The box, where is it and why are there monsters all over your base"?
The soldier smiles. "Anon the legendary survivors of the culling, where a single Hunter killed 39 squads. It's funny how SCP-2000 just spat them back out. Bet you'll have to take the old name, isn't that right, Azer-1". 2 huffs then thuds as he walks over to the soldier. When he reaches him he grabs the soldier's shoulder and puts immense pressure on it. "Choose your next words very carefully, because, if you mention that name again we'll kill you". The soldier laughs nervously. "Hey we're on the same team here right? But yeah the box and I bet you want to know about 096 and 173, and how we got them".
3 steps forward and puts a knife to the soldiers throat. "Tell us now or you die". "Fine, fine it wasn't hard we just had to wait for the right moment, I mean after you guys came for the box all those years ago when Az…I mean Anon was at full strength. The head of T.I.C. wanted you guys to pay, the Foundation to pay. So when you guys were revealed by us we took our opportunity and made holograms of all of them, then took them. After that we realized we had also taken 008 from you. So we did the natural thing and tried to improve it". The soldier looks out the monsters as they smash into the glass unable to break it. "We made them faster and a little bit stronger, but also able to be killed just a slight more easily".
1 looks to the soldier. "Who made them like this, and where is the box"? 4 hits 1 and everyone turns around to see it the box. A purple glow surrounded the black metal. 1 walks over to it slowly, this was it the moment they all had been waiting for. For so long the answer of what was in it would finally be answered. 1 picks up the box to notice it's a lot heavier than he thought. 1 nearly drops it out of shock as he lifts it. The soldier pipes up. "Uh you'll need a key to open it, and it's not here they're in the central building". 1 just sighs as 3 mutters. "Of course they'd be away from the prize". 4 looks outside to see more Infinity soldiers shooting down the monsters and then running past the lab. Anon and the Mole Rats then hear shouting and more shooting to see the soldiers running back as more monsters rush to them.
But soon enough they hear a Vulcan 20mm go off. Anon all watch as a massive armored soldier walks by carrying the Vulcan. The Infinity soldiers follow him as he shoots down the rest of the monsters in his way. 1 looks to the soldier as that beast of a soldier passes. "Why didn't you yell"? The soldier looks down in disappointment. "This glass is sound proof". 3 laughs as 4 feels sorry for the soldier. "So you're telling me you're stuck with us, and there's another monster that's one your side. Oh we are fucked, so fucked". 3 starts to get hysterical as he thinks of the situation they're in. 1 knows they have to get moving as they can't just wait there for all this to pass.
1 gestures for 2 to pick up the box and orders. "Alright everyone it's time we move out and make our way to this center building". 1 turns to the soldier and grabs him. "You're going to lead us there got it". The soldier nods and then opens the door, for everyone to see hundreds of dead lying dead on the ground. 3 pushes the soldier out of the way as he just sits at the door. Everyone exits as 1 gets a call from Samsara. "Hey 1 you there, you still alive because we've run into a slight problem. There are instances of SCP-008 but a lot faster". "Yeah we know, and we have an Infinity soldier in our custody. We're moving to find a key to that box we chased all those years ago". "Understood we're moving to a part of the facility where all their data is held. Well we are here we should learn everything we can on The Infinity Coalition".
1 looks ahead to see two halls as the soldier moves down the right one. 1 calls out to Samsara again. "Hey if we don't make it out of here, get to our last position and take the box up with you". "Roger that, good luck Anon". Anon and the Mole Rats follow the soldier as he moves down corridor after corridor. As Anon moves deeper into the facility All-Father and The Prerequisite attack The Choas Insurgency fleet. All-Father braces for impact after just having blown up two destroyers. The site crashes into the Aircraft Carrier One five miles long while the other is 3 and a half miles long. All-Father orders for their main cannons to be brought up. Cannons the size of 20 inch guns move out of bay on the decks as the shields covering them retract into the hull. The Aircraft Carrier fires two torpedoes into the site damaging 4 of their 12 guns to get suck in place.
All-Father orders for a firing of all remaining cannons and takes out the Aircraft Carriers main deck as well as four launch tubes for torpedoes. All-Father then pulls off and drives the site forward ripping the hull of the Aircraft Carrier off, but not sinking it. All Father turns to fire at it again, but gets hit by a barrage from battleship cannons. The site tanks all the shots but lose another 6 cannons. The Prerequisite sees the battleship is an Iowa Class but has much newer tech on it. The site director then sees another four battleships of all the same make and design. All four battleships fire and the site director thinks of how this is it. As the shells are about to hit their all shot out of the sky by The Infinity Coalition. Jets F-22's fly by and the site cheers to see them here to help. All-Father gets a call from Sahara. "Hey old man thought you could use a hand in this fight, my fleet of ships is moving in now". All-Father can't believe the Head Hunter signed off on her helping them.
Sahara speaks up before All-Father can respond. "And now the Hunter didn't order me to do this, he just suggested protecting our assets". All-Father smiles that his daughter hasn't changed on bit. The Infinity Coalition moves in ships of their own to fight of The Choas Insurgency, as they send submarines to send in more forces into the facility. Hammer Down looks on through a window as they see Infinity forces moving to the facility. Hammer Down shoots down any of the Insurgency soldiers in their way as Anon and the Mole Rats move in from behind. The Insurgency soldiers see there outnumbered and pullback down a hall. Anon and the Mole Rats moves forward not chasing after them but instead to Hammer Down. 1 walks to Hammer-1 to see him still alive. "So you lost the tank or did you trade it in"? "Huh, you could say I flipped it for boots on the ground and not running the risk of being crushed".
1 laughs with Hammer-1 before they hear more of the monsters moving their way. Hammer-1 looks to 1. "We heard you'll be headed out to find the key to that box"? Hammer-1 points to the box 2's holding as he says that. "We can keep you covered from here while you go get it". 1 pats Hammer-1 on the shoulder and then moves Anon, Rat-1 turns to 1 as they start to move down the halls following the Infinity soldier. "Hey Anon we hare going to go see if there's anything we can maybe find; you know stuff they'd never want us to find". 3 looks to 1 and 1 knows what he means. "Fine 3 go with them but don't get lost". Before they head out 2 does an epic handshake with 3. "Don't let stealing get you killed". 3 nods and then moves on with the Mole Rats. Anon move forward as the soldier leads ahead. As they turn down another corner they hear Hammer Down fighting the monsters.
2 looks to his left and sees a room filled with medical supplies and syringes. 2 walks into as Anon moves on. He looks to everything and sees syringes that claim to be able to give Super Strength, Future Sight, Quick Reflexes, Eagle Sight, and one with just the words on it Infinites Blood. 2 grabs this one and looks at it to see purple liquid with gold lines running through it. He grabs all the syringes and stuff them in his armor. 2 turns around and is immediately hit across the room into a stack of medical supplies. 2 gets up to see some kind of beast that looked like a human but was more veiny and as tall as him. The thing grabs the box and runs off, 2 gets up and runs after it only to see it turn a corner. 2 runs after it and sees down the hall it went at least 40 doors all swinging. "Shit, this isn't good". 2 walks forward trying to be quiet. But each step sounds like thuds and metal and armor clanking together.
2 uses his Future Sight and sees it's in the 35 door. 2 walks towards it slowly to hear heavy breathing. 2 moves to the door and pulls out his minigun. He moves the door with it and then rushes in. He looks on and turns on the light on his gun. He can't seem to see anything but stops his light as he sees the box lying in front of a console. 2 radios out, "Hey 1,4 I found a console to some kind of room near it that looks like a medical bay". "Roger where are you, we lost back there"? 2 looks to the console as he answers. "I'm halfway back to Hammer Down's last position then take a left down the first hall you see, I'll be in the 35 room down". 1 responds again. "Alright we're headed to you now, come on everyone, 4 bring the soldier and let's head back".
As 1 and 4 head back, 2 touches the console and sees lights blare on in a room closed off by glass. He looks on to see tanks filled with people, but most of the tanks were covered in metal, with slots for glass to show their faces. 2 looks down to the console to see a search bar where you could type in name. 2 types in Abraham Lincoln as a joke but the machine pulls him up on a cam. 2 falls back and can't believe it, The Infinity Coalition had likely made a copy of SCP-2000. But this one seemed to keep all the people that ever lived. 2 gets up and types in George Washington and sees him pop up. 2 afraid to type it does anyway and sees himself in a tank, he then types the rest of the squad and finds them all except for 1, and can't find him anywhere. 2 gets a worried look and types in Hunter and all the the Hunter's including the Head Hunter pops up.
2 finally types in his father's name. Amerce Sine, and he sees him, his father, he never had gotten to see his father so young, but here he was, here was his moment to say his peace. 2 looks down as he remembers how his father took his own life. He remembers his father fighting for the Nazi's and even becoming an SS officer in charge of one of the camps. One of the camps the allies never found and one that kept secretly operating for years after the war.
2 looks down in shame at how he wants to talk to his father, even though he was such a terrible person. 2 takes off his helmet, and his reflection on the glass shows a man with burnt blonde hair, and dull blue eyes. He looked at himself and saw a Nazi. Nothing else, no matter what he did, he could never stop seeing himself as nothing but this, a cold heartless Nazi.
He looks to his father again and sees a cruel man, a man that treated him like a king, but killed Jews and burned those that tried to bring him out into the Light. 2 looks down to see a release function and goes to press it, but stops himself as 1 and 4 enter it the room, then 2 puts his helmet back on. 4 walks forward and sees 2's father. "Hey that's The Katze the most illusive Nazi ever, no one ever found him after the war ended. And he died in Portland Oregon around 1976, he was shot down by local police after he beat his wife and killed her".
2 looks on in shame, 4 looks to 2. "I'm sorry, you know how I am about history, and you know that. Well I'm sorry he was your father". 2 looks to his father as 1 steps beside him. "I can see you want to talk to him, you should. He may be a bastard, but he's still your father and you need to tell him how you feel". 1 then presses the release function and opens the door into the cloning facility.
2 walks forward as he sees his father get thrown out of the pod and onto the floor. His father coughs up liquid and then pukes into a grate. 1, 4 and the soldier follow 2 as he walks to the pod his father was in. 2 walks behind it to see his father young and strong around 40, with pure blonde hair but green eyes. His father turns to 2 as 2 walks from behind the pod. "Well either you're an ally or your my enemy".
2 takes off his helmet, and the two Sines face one another again. "Hello boy, I see you've grown". His father wasn't the kind man he knew all those years ago, his tone was harsh and mean now. "So you're still a disappointment, siding with Jews, Mexicans". As 4 walks forward 2's father says. "And blacks, I can see I didn't teach you well enough". 2 stands firm. "No you did, you taught me that being a miserable piece of shit that blames other's for his failure is pathetic".
Amerce looks to his son greatly shamed. "You have no idea what you're talking about, you don't even know why I killed all those people. They were a plague". 2 stomps forward and Amerce stumbles back with fear. "No you are the plague, you are the one that is wrong with the world. For so long I tried to move out of your shadow because of what it represented. But now I see I left it long ago. And now I'm going to leave you". 2 starts to walk away but Amerce mocks him. "So that's it brought me back to shame me. While at least you did something you're mother never did. Not act like a bitch". Everyone stops and 2 clenches his fist.
Amerce smiles. "I guess I was wrong you are like your mother, nothing but a scared little girl that I beat to death". 2 turns around and Amerce can see tears streaming down his face. "Oh more tears for a dead weakling, why don't you go cry me a river then maybe me and you can float on it to find your dignity". 2 walks with force behind each step towards Amerce. When he reaches him, he grabs Amerce by the throat. "go ahead I was happier in Hell, than looking at my dick-less son". 2 tightens his grip around Amerce's throat. "Shut up, or I'll crush your throat". "Go ahead do it, prove your a man".
4 moves next to 2 and puts his hand on 2's shoulder. "Listen I know more than anyone he deserves it, but if you kill him he proves your weak. It takes a strong Will to kill, but it takes an even greater one to spare". 2 tightens his grip to the point where he could easily snap Amerce's neck, but then lets him go. 2 breathes heavy and walks away. Amerce coughs up blood and looks to his son angered, but filled with shame in himself. 2 continues to walk feeling confused, but also like a great struggle within himself had finally been won. 2 now knew he could go on, not worrying about his father's past following him. As 2, 4 and 1 follow the soldier again back to the center building, 3 moves with the Mole Rats carrying what look like rare gems he stuffed into his backpack.
Rat-1 looks back at 3. "So you happy with what you found 3"? "Yeah I really am, I love the fact I finally get to steal something from these assholes". As the Mole Rats move on 3 stops and yells out to them. "Hey get back here, there's something important in this room". Rat-1 leads the Mole Rats back to see a room filled with keys, boxes and crates. "Holy shit, it's the mother-lode". Rat-1 stutters this as he looks at everything there. 3 practically was pissing himself from excitement at the site of all the treasures he could take. The Mole Rats and 3 split to find and take notes of everything. 3 approaches a crate that was about 10 feet tall and 4 feet wide. 3 grabs a key but Rat-2 stops him and points to a sign above the box. "It says, there's a Cipher in there". "Oh come on, do you really think The Infinity Coalition would keep a live one in this facility".
Rat-3 walks up behind both of them and stomps the ground making them both jump. "Yeah, 3 is probably right, the Cipher in there is likely dead". "Well there's only one way to find out". 3 grabs the key before anyone can stop him and opens it. When the crate opens they see a body covered in a deep dark red armor fall out. 3 kicks it and the body doesn't move. "Look it's dead, so nothing to worry about". A sudden pulse is heard and a visible pulse shoots out, shaking the entire facility loose of the supports holding it above the abyss. Before the facility can fall into it though it's caught by another set of supports which move out of the rocks surrounding the facility. A loud scrapping sound is heard and then a sudden stop which shoots everyone in it forward. Some of The Choas Insurgency subs that were docked now fall to the abyss below.
3 gets up laughing a bit. "Holy shit was that close, almost thought we were dead there". Rat-2 and 3 put the body back in the crate and close it. Rat-4 looks to 3 like he was a child that didn't know better. "Way to go asshole you nearly killed us". "Sorry I just wanted to see what they looked like, and now I do". Rat-1 walks over to 3 and takes some of the gems out of his backpack. "I'm taking some out and now you can't take them again, as punishment for that stupid action". "Man this sucks, guess I'll just take them again". Rat-1 grabs 3's arm. "Don't, you lost them because of your stupidity". 3 looks at Rat-1. "Really you think you can stop me". Rat-1 throws 3 into the crate and then walks over to him and puts his boot down onto 3's chest.
3 tries to get up but can't. "Oh so the Foundation gave you guys powers as well, well that's great". Rat-1 moves his boot and let's 3 get up. "Fine I won't take them, but if I find more I'm taking them. I'm also going to take a bunch of keys". 3 grabs 15 keys and stuffs them into his backpack, then walks over to one of the boxes and picks up one, only the size of a jewelry box. Yet it had a purple glow to it. 3 just stashes it in his armor and moves on with the Mole Rats as they all hear explosions and fire being thrown out above. All-Father having damaged the carrier badly orders for the deck to be cleared for their jets. Panels made of thick metal move to reveal a runway on the site's deck.
F-35's are moved from the hangers onto the runway. All-Father looks on through the cameras to see enemy fighters coming in for an attack run. He simply directs their anti-air cannons to take them out. The first of the 6 headed for them are taken out as their halfway and fire. Another 4 are taken out as the missiles they fired are destroyed. All-Father breathes a sigh of relief, but that gets interrupted by a torpedo hitting them. All-Father looks to one of his officers. "Report what hit us". "Enemy subs, Typhoon Class, 4 of them". "Alright this is what we trained for boys, once the planes take off go down and engage". All-Father radios to the other site director. "So I'm going to need you to take over all flight operations while I engage enemy subs". "Understood I'll get that done, but you'll owe me". "Yeah yeah".
All-Father watches as the last fighter takes off and then covers the runway before moving down below. All-Father watches as water floods the glass before the bridge and the consumes the site. All-Father looks on to see four Typhoon class subs as well as 2 Oscar II Class subs. All-Father orders for the remaining main cannons to fire, and takes out two of the Typhoons and one of the Oscar II's before losing the main cannons to torpedo strikes. All-Father pushes the site forward as more torpedoes hit it, the site continues to tank all the shots and slams through the remaining Typhoons. The site staff all cheer as they see the Typhoons sink to the bottom. All-Father looks to the remaining Oscar II and orders for their torpedoes to be loaded.
Before the site can shoot off it's torpedoes, the last Oscar II hits the sites main torpedo tubes, causing them to get shot closed. This time the site shakes as the torpedoes blew up in the tubes. All-Father falls down as the staff go in every direction. All-Father gets up just before the Oscar II rams into them. The two subs scrape along each other grinding and breaking. All-Father looks to the glass in the bridge and sees it starting to crack. "Oh fuck". Water pours in and break through just before the blast shields close it off. All-Father is thrown from the balcony he was on and onto the ground hitting a desk. All-Father gets up and feels a piece of wood in his waist and pulls it out. His body heals as the nano bots and stem cells do their job. He uses the desk to lift himself, then hears the alarm for boarders go off.
All-Father runs over to a screen, and sees the Oscar II has docked with them. "Well this will be interesting". All-Father gets all the staff that aren't dead up and moving. As he lifts one of the staff up he sees shadows moving and hopes it's the Foundation's security. He pulls out a Python revolver and loads it, then aims it waiting. 8 Foundation guards move out past the hall. All-Father breathes a sigh of relief. "Get over here and help me". One of the guards runs over and helps All-Father lift the desk off of the staff member.
All-Father looks up to hear Insurgency troops moving above and likely looking to see if there are any O5's. All-Father was grateful that all of them had left and followed his advice. All-Father looks on at one of the screens to see a Foundation drone recording the battle above. He sees that Carrier is still somehow in the fight. That damn Carrier is still there mocking him. But he knows they'll eventually get it, even if it gets away today. They will get it.
