SCP-4459 is to be kept in it's original location at █████ and must be always under constant observation For any changes and four armed gaurds all around the building. Any mirror got affected by SCP-4459 is outside the containment must be destroyed.
SCP-4459 should be always covered,any direct eye or physical contact aren't allowed with SCP-4459. SCP-4459 must be checked daily for any broken mirror, If a broken mirror found it must be immediately changed by another one with the effect of SCP-4459.

When makeing direct contact with SCP-4459 you will start seeing a jawless man missing his left eye with no nose his skin is badly damaged it is known as SCP-4459-B
