"Delayed Hypothermic Spruce"

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a large climate-controlled chamber, 7.5 m x 7.5 m x 40 m. SCP-XXXX is to be watered on a bi-weekly basis, using an automated sprinkler system. No personnel are allowed physical contact with SCP-XXXX without extreme winter gear, including long wool socks; long undergarments for upper and lower body; heavy duty mittens; full military-grade face mask; wool cap; wool sweater; heavy jacket; heavily insulated snow pants; and heavy snow boots. Any personnel exhibiting symptoms caused by SCP-XXXX are to be treated for extreme hypothermia immediately. Any personnel showing advanced symptoms are to be terminated humanely.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a coniferous tree of the species Picea abies, or the Nordic spruce. SCP-XXXX is 6 m in diameter, and 38.1 m in height. SCP-XXXX displays no major visual discrepancies from other spruce trees, other than that which are to be expected from natural growth. SCP-XXXX is constantly covered in a 2 inch thick layer of snow, as is the ground around SCP-XXXX. This snow melts immediately when touched, and is then immediately replaced by more snow by unknown means. This snow displays no other anomalous properties.
SCP-XXXX will begin affecting subjects when their skin comes into contact with any of the pine needles that come from SCP-XXXX. This will include needles that have fallen off of the tree. SCP-XXXX is able to affect all species of mammal tested on it. Effects will begin to show about 5 minutes after first contact. Subject will begin shuddering and shaking as if they were extremely cold, and humans will always begin verbally complaining. However, the body temperature will remain unaffected. This period usually lasts 30-45 minutes, without any harm to the subject. Anywhere from 4 hours to █ days after the initial phase ends, phase 2 of the symptoms will begin. During phase 2, subject's body temperature will begin to decrease at a rate of 5 degrees Fahrenheit per hour. Subject's will be completely unaware of effects and remain capable of full range of activity, even at the point of coma inducing hypothermia. Symptoms will continue until body temperature reaches 32 degrees Fahrenheit, at which point all body functions will suddenly cease. At this point, subject's internal cavities will fill with snow, which will melt immediately once removed from subject's body. Melted snow will turn into common bodily fluids, largely blood plasma and bile.
SCP-XXXX was brought to the attention of the Foundation in December of 19██, when reports of a missing █████ family arose ███████, Canada. The bodies of said █████ family were found in the small coniferous forest south of their residence, directly underneath SCP-XXXX, which towered above the surrounding foliage. Autopsies of the █████ family displayed [DATA EXPUNGED].

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, there is no way currently to contain it. All containment procedures are to be directed toward preventing civilian interaction with SCP-XXXX. All forms of media are to be monitored for reports matching the description of SCP-XXXX. The owner/writer of the media is to be administered Class-A amnestics, along with anyone in relation to the reporter. The owner/writer of the media is to be terminated. Anyone in relation to the reporter is to be administered Class E amnestics. The media is to be removed, and discredited. In the event of a viral media outbreak, [REDACTED].
Description: SCP-XXXX is a previously unknown species of animal bearing no resemblance to any discovered species on Earth. There is only one known instance of SCP-XXXX on Earth. SCP-XXXX’s origins are unknown, although it can be assumed it did not originate in the solar system, since it bears no resemblance to any animal ever discovered.
The single currently known example of SCP-XXXX is 3.6 m tall, with an arm span of 4.12 m. Subject weighs 166 kg and has shown to be extremely strong. SCP-XXXX is also highly resistant to all forms of weaponry. Attempts to terminate SCP-XXXX have [REDACTED]. Upon internal examination, SCP-XXXX has shown no internal organs or bone structure; all internal surfaces are the exact same color and material of epidermal surfaces. SCP-XXXX has a fused, beak shaped head with several small holes located around it, assumed to be used for breathing. Arms have four (4) joints and two sharp, rigid, scythe-like finger appendages each. SCP-XXXX is, even lacking a visible neural organ, extremely intelligent. SCP-XXXX has shown knowledge of multiple human languages, social patterns, and emotions. SCP-XXXX is capable of communication through hand signals, although these are very rarely used. SCP-XXXX shows extreme violence towards human beings, however remote control drones and [REDACTED] show no effects. All contact and testing on SCP-XXXX is to be carried out with [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-XXXX will periodically appear in zones with medium to high levels of human population. These zones are usually suburban areas under high political tension, such as in a war or conflict. Once in these zones, SCP-XXXX will proceed to hunt down humans in pairs, one male and one female; these pairs are most often related as couples or family. SCP-XXXX will create whimpering, sobbing, and screaming sounds that seem to be coming from a girl, age estimated 6-7. SCP-3818 also exhibits a secondary effect that causes victims to have an insatiable desire to record or take photos of the SCP, and post them online or other media. Once SCP-XXXX has lured the subjects to a secure location, it will [DATA EXPUNGED]. The subjects will then disappear, and all persons who were in contact with the pair will have all their memories of the couple erased. Written and digitally stored data, however, will remain; this includes taxes, bank accounts, resumes, etc. This will often lead to confusion among those who hold this information. Within six (6) months, a pair of human remains will appear where SCP-XXXX first materialized. The remains will show [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-XXXX will not resist detainment, and has been temporarily contained several times, where it has not once physically attempted escape. However, all attempts to contain SCP-XXXX have failed. SCP-XXXX will, unpredictably, disappear from Foundation containment. This has never happened when SCP-XXXX is in view, whether from the naked eye or security cameras. Even a quick blink is sufficient time for SCP-XXXX to dematerialize. SCP-XXXX will then reappear at a point near where it was detained, and continue its hunt.
SCP-XXXX was brought to the attention of the Foundation with the disappearance of Agent ████. It was discovered that agent in question [REDACTED]. SCP-XXXX was then found in the woods of ██████, Russia, when [DATA EXPUNGED]. Foundation resources have since then been heavily directed towards preventing public knowledge of SCP-XXXX.
Addendum XXXX-A: As of ██/██/████, SCP-XXXX sightings and attacks have been increasing steadily. Original statistics estimated ██ attacks annually; current level of attacks is estimated at ██ annually. At the current rate of increase, an XK scenario can be predicted in ██ years. Object class has been upgraded to Keter. All available resources are to be directed towards finding a way to contain or terminate SCP-XXXX.
"Black Hole Napkin"

Special Containment Procedures: No special physical containment procedures are required for this SCP. SCP-XXXX is to be checked on an hourly basis to ensure standard behavior. Any change in behavior of SCP-XXXX is to be reported to site director immediately. No personnel are allowed to use SCP-XXXX unless approved by at least one level-4 personnel. SCP-XXXX is not to be unfolded under any circumstances. Any personnel found with SCP-XXXX or in SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber without authorization are to be detained and questioned.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a physically ordinary beverage napkin 12.5 cm x 12.5 cm (5 in x 5 in) in size. It has two (2) folds perpendicular to each other, meeting in the center of the napkin. On one side, each square has a line pattern, with the words “there is always something to be thankful for” written in the lines. SCP-XXXX cannot be folded on any line other than the original folds; not even superheavy presses are capable of folding or bending SCP-XXXX. How these original folds came to be is unknown, although it is assumed that the manufacturing equipment gave the SCP its initial anomalous effects.
SCP-XXXX can absorb seemingly limitless amounts of liquid. When placed on a liquid or spill, SCP-XXXX will begin to suck the liquid into it, at a rate of ██ ml/s. This can be accelerated by moving the SCP across the liquid. SCP-XXXX will only stop absorbing liquid when it is removed from the substance. Once absorption has ended or SCP-XXXX is removed, the SCP will show no signs of being wet or moist, and no signs of having absorbed any liquid. Currently there is no way of extracting liquid from SCP-XXXX; all substances absorbed are considered completely lost.
A list of substances tested with SCP-XXXX, which it absorbed, includes:

When unfolded completely, SCP-XXXX will lose its anomalous properties. This loss of properties will last the full duration over which SCP-XXXX is unfolded, and once SCP-XXXX is folded again the loss can last anywhere from 15 minutes to ██ months.
SCP-XXXX was acquired by the Foundation after a series of videos posted on YouTube and Facebook showcasing “The Invincible Napkin” started going somewhat viral. The man who previously owned SCP-XXXX was ███ █████ from ████, Ireland. One of the videos showcased the napkin soaking up a small lake and not appearing moist afterwards. The owner was apprehended by Foundation Agent ███████, and administered Class-A amnestics. Videos were "disproven" for special video editing techniques. While the videos were taken down from the media platforms, the viewers are unaccounted for.
