Special Containment Procedures: All personnel designated to interact directly with SCP must be replaced on a per-month basis in order to avoid the slow-burn of SCP's info-hazardous effects. Designated personnel are permitted to enter SCP's cell during the day, however may not remain for longer than 30 minutes per day.
SCP is contained within a standard human containment cell on Site-███. A book of blank paper, along with a pencil and eraser are provided as a form of entertainment for SCP, with these resources to be restocked as necessary. Following clearance of any Class B Containment Specialist assigned to it, SCP may also be given literature to read as it is requested.
SCP may occasionally request to leave containment under certain circumstances, and is permitted to following clearance from any Class B Containment Specialist, and under guided escort by any agent assigned to SCP. SCP may not spend more than one hour outside of containment, and may not visit the containment cells of other SCP's unless approved by Class A personnel.
Description: SCP resembles a 9 year old Caucasian female, with straight, blonde hair, and amber eyes. At the time of recording, SCP is approximately 4’8’’ tall and weighs approximately 80 lbs. When threatened, two plumes of fire will spread upwards at a 35° angle from its shoulders, resembling the appearance of a pair of wings. These plumes have been observed to produce no heat, and do not make physical contact with SCP's body, appearing to hover just above and behind its shoulders.
SCP's general behavior is docile, speaking rarely, and willingly remains in its cell at most times. SCP has not been observed to sleep, however will occasionally sit upon its bed cross-legged and with closed eyes. SCP has described this activity as merely “listening.” SCP is highly protective of agents assigned to it, and was observed to stand between personnel and SCP-████ during a containment breach.
In the presence of anything SCP considers harmful, or a threat, SCP's "wings" will ignite. At this point, any hostile that attempts to be within 2m of SCP will be repelled, and unable to approach any further, the motion of pushing against SCP’s protective field resembling that of attempting to press two magnets of identical polarity towards each other. With enough force, a hostile entity or object can get closer, however, if it pushes far enough in to be within 1m of SCP, they will be immediately terminated if living, and melted or combusted if inanimate.
SCP is cooperative with foundation members, however, under certain circumstances, may become unresponsive until escorted back to its cell. SCP has been observed to remain uncooperative some time after being returned to its cell, typically writing in its journal for anywhere between five minutes to an hour before responding to staff inquiry again.

This behaviour is normal and harmless, however all staff assigned to SCP must be prepared to enact procedure [????] should SCP attempt to breach containment following unresponsive behaviour.
Due to the nature of SCP, all personnel assigned to work with SCP must be reviewed by a Class B Containment Specialist for a history of abusive, lawless, or disrespectful behaviour, before being permitted access to SCP.
