SCP-5083 is to be given an unlimited source of Vodka from the ███████ company. SCP-5083 is to be made to believe he is getting it by winning a world drinking contest. If not given Vodka to SCP-5083. SCP-5083 will enter his rage form and breach his containment cell.
SCP-5083 is meant to be contained in a 20m x 20m x 20m containment cell filled with vodka, and basic furniture.

Description: SCP-5083 is a Human male, that originates from Russia. SCP-5083 is in his 40's and is around 165 centimetres tall and weighs around 120kg. SCP-5083's anomalous effect is that he can spawn pure alcohol anytime he wants. He is capable of drinking 100L of alcohol every day. SCP-5083's has two other powers, having insane strength and speed. If he touches a human, the human will disappear into another dimension. Where SCP-5083 will force the victim to drink alcohol, until the victim bursts.

SCP-5083 has no current health (except for aquagenic urticaria) or mental problems.

SCP-5083 can move objects 5 times its weight at a speed of 20m per second and is capable of destroying 200kg doors with his fists.
SCP-5083 has to be monitored by staff all the time from the camera's located in the cell.
SCP-5083 has an ability to regenerate itself from any source from alcohol after being terminated.

• SCP-5083 was given water instead of Vodka for a test to see what would happen. SCP-5083 burst into a rage state. SCP-5083 was diagnosed with aquagenic urticaria. During the containment breach, SCP-5083 killed 20 Staff Personnel, 35 Security Guards and 2 Class-D's
• SCP-5083 cannot be given any other substance than alcohol. Or it will go into a rage mode, going into a killing spree.

The Ethics committee is cancelling the "containment-at-large" program effective immediately for all the 5 affected objects. SCP-5083 is to be captured and placed in a standard cell in Site-14 as soon as possible. The containment procedure will be changed to reflect these changes in the next 12 hours.
