"Marenol", The Dreams Worse Than Death
Marenol is a normal looking anti-depressant with similar features to a normal one. However, 15% of patients who drank the drug allegedly reported sights of knives, gears, repeatedly killing them over and over until they woke up. The chances of the effect happening are very slim but have devastating effects if not treated. Marenol will cure the depression of a person if done correctly, but if not, will increase the chances of the victim to commit suicide. Marenol patients experience nausea, increased heart rate, shock, and excessive breathing. If the damage is enough, the patient will have a heart attack and die on the spot.
