Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4553 is to be kept in a 5x5x3 meter room with one electrical outlet and one shelf, both on the northern wall. O3 Clearance is to be required to access SCP-4553. O5 Clearance is required to access SCP-4553 (See addendum 4553-A) SCP-4553 is only to be provided power during use, and the power cable is to be stored on the shelf when not in use.
Description: SCP-4553 appears to be a AM radio, resembling those from the 1950's. SCP-4553 appears to be completely solid, with no electrical parts on the inside or outside of object. On the front of SCP-4553 are three frequency sliders, relating to universal coordinates, with coordinates 0, 0, 0 relating to [REDACTED]. When powered, SCP-4553 will output the sound coming from the coordinates set on the sliders, and has observed life-like noises coming from the [REDACTED] exoplanet. There appears to be no limit to the amount of decibels that SCP-4553 can output. This resulted in Site-██ being partially destroyed due to hearing [DATA EXPUNGED].
Addendum 4553-A: On ██/██/████, Dr. ███████ used SCP-4553 to eavesdrop on an O5 meeting, overhearing information on [DATA EXPUNGED]. Dr. ███████ was later caught on surveillance and terminated. Containment Procedures were updated to require O5 consent to access SCP-4553.
