Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in a 20x15x7 chamber, made out of a one-third of an inch metal alloy. The containment chamber has cameras to inspect what is happening inside, with a viewing center 100 meters away from the containment chamber. Personnel of Level-1 clearance may enter SCP-XXXX's chamber and press it, but one guard must be near them at all times, to be ready in case a hostile creature comes out of SCP-XXXX's portal. If a non-hostile creature comes out of the portal, then the researcher may interact with it, by playing with it or feeding it. If the portal is not opened, or one of the creatures in it has not been played or fed, then the button will send only hostile creatures for a day or two. It is contained in Site-███
SCP-XXXX must be contained within a 4x4x4 ft chamber, with a 2-inch thick titanium first layer, and a 3-inch thick layer of tungsten. Combative personnel must be notified 2 hours before the test. Because of SCP-XXXX's behavior, only a Level-5+ Head Researcher can conduct tests without O5 approval. Anyone lower has to get 2/3s of the O5 Council's permission to conduct a test. It has been recently relocated to Area-███

Description: SCP-XXXX is a blue red button that when pressed has the chance to either teleport in a hostile creature(which is unlikely), or a very friendly one. Usually, if it is non-hostile, then the Level-1 personnel may be cleared to play or feed it. produces a random portal around Area-███, that always produces a hostile creature. The combative personnel must be stationed almost everywhere in Area-███ to prevent a major breach.

Incident report SCP-XXXX-2^Hostile

OPENING LOG
Dr.██████: "Class-D, you may walk inside"
D-7538 walks inside XXXX's containment chamber
Dr.██████: "Please, press the but- What the hell?"
D-7538: "What?"
Dr.██████: "I've never seen a switch there… Flip it. See what it does."
D-7538 flips the switch. The button turns red. The switch disappears into the box the button is connected to.
Dr.██████: "Okay, press the button now."
D-7538 presses the button. No portal shows up in the containment chamber.
Dr.██████: "What the hell… Where's the portal..?"
The portal appears outside of the containment chamber, and a hellish monster comes out.
Dr.██████*muffled*: "Guard, I think it's hostile. Go outside of here and deal with it."
The guard walks outside of the viewing room
When walking closer to the SCP-XXXX-2, the guard shoots at it.
The SCP seems to disregard bullets, and the guard reloads.
Then, the SCP runs towards the guard and tries to pull him apart.

Dr.██████: "Shit…" It is heard that he picks up his radio "I think there's a containment breach at SCP-3268. Requesting more guards."
Captain ██████ ██████: "Yeah, sure, sending more. How did it breach, though?"
Dr.██████: The portal apparently appeared outside of its containment chamber. It's a very gory scene, though. [DATA EXPLUNGED] everywhere."
Captain █████ ██████: "Shit, did he pull the guard apart or something?"
Dr.██████: "Yes."

Exploration Log 01

ACCESSING FILES
Dr.█: "Hello… This is day one. Finally, the O5 Council allowed me to go inside of SCP-XXXX's portal, to see what's in there. Of course, there will be some guards with me, but I hope we can before we get a containment breach. Anyways, we're not taking much, it's not like we're staying in there for more than a week.
Dr.█: "This is day two, and today, we're going in. One of the MTF guards will hold open the portal. I hope this works out."
Dr.█: "Heh… We're finally in. It's a hellish landscape. Anyways, we took more than we needed to because the portal zapped into existence in the garage, so we took a Humvee and more food. When we look on the other side, there's no hellish landscape, and the creatures that came out before the lever incident seem to be unreachable. There's an invisible force blocking us. We haven't seen any hellish creatures yet, and nothing came out when we opened the portal. I think it knew our purpose, for some reason."
Dr.█ is heard fumbling with the device
Dr.█: "SHIT! Coming here was the worst mistake of my entire fucking life. Hostile SCP-XXXX-2s come out of the goddamn ground so fucking fast, and then they chase us. We were able to get samples of our surroundings such as some of the trees before they were able to come out of the woodworks. We're going back to where we entered here.
Dr.█: "I'm seeing familiar landscape again… The SCP-XXXX-2s keep following us, but they've gotten slower over the hours. Oh… Shit.
Dr.█ is heard putting down the recording device
Dr.█: "Hey, anyone over there?"
Static is heard
Dr.█: "Well, shit. If you can hear me, anyone, press SCP-XXXX right now otherwise we'll never get back!"
A hellish sound is heard
Dr.█: "There's the portal! Drive right into it!"
Another hellish sound is heard
Dr.█: "Woohoo! We're fuckin' back! Jesus."
