Every weapon has a counter: "(7)"
Using powers fills the counter.
For example:
AK-47 (7)
Silenced+Brutal+Space Stone=Full
(2) + (2) + (3) =(7)
Or
Brutal+Brutal+Accurate=Full
(2) + (4) + (1) =Full
Rarity=Counter number.

Kill Upgrades: The following effects trigger after any kill with this weapon.
_ 2 Assassin: The body vanishes over 0.3-1 second.
_ 3 () Adrenaline: Gain a 5% damage boost for 10-20 seconds.
_ 3 () Sustained: Heal for 20-35%.
_ 3 () Speedforce: Gain a 10-15% movement boost for 15 seconds.
_ 5 Reality Stone: Become semi-tangible, reducing damage taken by 50% for 5-10 seconds.
_ 3 (Stacks) Power Stone: Deal double damaged with melee for 20-30 seconds.
_ 4 Time Stone: Get a 40-60% chance to refill the magazine.

_3 Cat Sense: Take 40%-99% lass fall damage if the fall wouldn't kill you without the power, and increase max distance fallen before death by 40%
_4 Lucky Seven: Increase the chance of other powers by 1%-5% {Editor's Note: Unlike all other powers where the chance of gaining any % is equal, this power % distribution is = to 10%=5 20%=4 30%=3 50%=1 or 2}.
_Marathon Runner: Increase your normal speed by %-%
_Shifty Fingers: Decreases reloads by %-%
_Hard Carcass: Take 30%-80% less explosive damage.
_On The Run: 45%-80% Immunity to crowd control.
Effects: These effects trigger on hit.
_2/3/4 Tug of War: There is a 40-60% chance to reset the enemy's moment.
_4 (Stacks) Tesla: There is a 5- 10% chance to Zap the enemy, damaging them 5-10 times for 2 damage every 1.5-2.5 seconds. This also affects those in a short range.
_4 (Stacks) Contagio: There is a 5- 10% chance to Poison the enemy, damaging them 4-8 times for 3 damage every 1.5-2.5 seconds. This effect is applied to anyone who touches the enemy, except the user.
_5 (Stacks) Froat: There is a 5- 10% chance to Freeze the enemy, slowing them for 50-80% and dealing 2 damage to them every 2-4 seconds, for 4-8 second
_5 (Stacks) Inferno: There is a 5-10% chance to Ignite the enemy, dealing 1 damage every 0.2 seconds, for 2-6 seconds
