Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a small room 10m x 10m x 3m. SCP-XXXX does not have any bodily needs, so the room may remain empty. Personnel are to avoid a list of 6 words and phrases (See Addendum A) within a 50-foot radius of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a four-foot tall humanoid with a red hat resembling that of a common garden gnome. SCP-XXXX appears in the event of a grammatical error. The individual who made the grammatical error is dubber SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX demands SCP-XXXX-1 correct their grammatical error, and will not leave SCP-XXXX-1 until the grammatical error is corrected. If SCP-XXXX-1 corrects their grammatical error, SCP-XXXX will disappear without any traces.

Addendum A: The words and phrases that should be avoided in the vacinity of SCP-XXXX are:

  • Theory
  • It is
  • Than (Something)
  • John and I
  • Whom
  • Than
