Special Containment Procedures:
Every week, SCP-6850 cell must be cleaned. Due to SCP-6850 dripping a black chemical that SCP staff are still analyzing. At all times, it must be in a 5 x 5 cubic meter cell made of steel. It must be well lit, as to not let it emerge into the darkness. It must be monitored at all times, to make sure it can not escape. The cell also has a window, the purpose is to talk to SCP-6850. If it escapes it’s cell, via shadows, two class-d personnel must go to a small location, and into the intercom, act scared. Phobia will cramp into the small space (3 meters tall x 2 feet wide x 2 feet long) and cramp in, then 2 armed security agents will bring SCP-6850 back to its containment cell, via wheels. The way they get the Class-D out are still kept a secret by the foundation. Anybody over the age of 5, no matter the gender, must NEVER make eye contact with SCP-6850. Anybody Class-D who comes in contact with SCP-6850 must go through decontamination in 1 hour, or it will become SCP-6850-2. SCP-6850-2, will start forgetting everything. They will start turning black, and will emit the same black chemical as SCP-6850-2. Any instance of SCP-6850-2 must be destroyed, via fire. SCP-6850-2 is highly dangerous, running at 30 km per hour, and just tearing out the eye of the victim. It brings it back to SCP-6850, and stays dormant until further verbal command of SCP-6850.
Description:
SCP-6850 is a creature 4 meters tall, with many eyes. It can hide in the shadows. It is attracted to screams, or scared body language. It will emerge from the shadows and tell the person, for the price of your eye, It will cure your phobias. It will change its form into your phobia. Once you are cured of all your phobias, it will ask for the victims eye, if the victim says yes you will become drowsy and fall asleep. The victim will wake up with one eye. If the victim says no, they will be killed by phobia. It will hold the eye near its head, and a spot for it will grow, the material is the black chemical SCP-6850 emits. Only 12 cases have been recorded. SCP-6850 hates bright lights. If it is near one, it will enter a dormant state, until the lights are turned off, or SCP-6850 is harmed.

SCP-6850-2 escaped containment
56 people died from two SCP-6850-2
27 wounded, at that point, the 05 was close to SCP-6850 being a Keter class.
SCP-6850 gained 12 eyes, and now has 24 eyes.
