Special Containment Procedures: Standard containment of SCP-XXXX is impossible. Web traffic and law enforcement channels worldwide are monitored for evidence of a Trembler Event. Common reports include concurring tremors.
If a Trembler Event has been identified, two MTF units must dispatch to the affected area and locate SCP-XXXX A.S.A.P. Masquerading as military personnel, one MTF squad is to follow SCP-XXXX and apprehend any individuals that attempt to interrupt its active phase. The borders of the affected area are secured by Foundation security and deny any entry to unauthorized personnel.
The second MTF unit is to evacuate the civilians from the area immediately. Once the Trembler event concludes, all remaining survivors are to be relocated. Amnestics are provided if necessary. All instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are to be plucked and incinerated unless required for research.
Media coverage of Trembler events are to be revealed as standard critical earthquakes. Fake statistics will be provided if needed.

Description: SCP-XXXX-2 is a species of nocturnal floral-based fungi, originating from the Blighted dimension. The fungus provides its own nutrients via SCP-XXXX-2-A, stored within the petals which illuminate the fungi.
SCP-XXXX-2 instances strive in cooler conditions, being able to produce more amounts of SCP-XXXX-2-A. Research into its anatomy reveals an intricate system of nerves. If a nerve branch is damaged it causes the instance to emit a high-pitched screech, the source of which cannot be determined.
SCP-XXXX-2-A contains a high amount of tetrahydrocannabinol condensed within the substance. However, consumptions
SCP-XXXX is a 6'8 humanoid entity, originating from the Blighted dimension. SCP-XXXX's wears decrepit clothing including a dark-hooded coat, and long dark pants, the latter several splatters with SCP-XXXX-2-A. It is impossible to view SCP-XXXX's facial features, due to its hood obscuring it.
Infrared filters reveal SCP-XXXX respiratory system inhales small amounts of O2 but exhales a higher capacity of CO2 with SCP-XXXX-2 spores.
Bracket fungi-like growths are prominently revealed on SCP-XXXX surface including its back, and shoulders yet don't appear to limit its movement capabilities. A singular SCP-XXXX-2 instance has stemmed out of SCP-XXXX's vertebra prominens.
Witnesses state to be hearing 'lo-fi' style music generating from SCP-XXXX's person regardless of circumstances but with no conventional source being clearly seen. The beat has been described to be relaxing, and calm, causing people that hear it to enter a state of temporary euphoria when listening to the music.
Though the nature and extent of its anomalous properties remain uncertain, SCP-XXXX appears fully capable of instantaneous travel to any location on Earth.
SCP-XXXX's active phase occurs in any populated area. These active phases are known as "Trembler Events". In all known Trembler Events, the affected areas had a population of 1000 or more residents, and all events occur at 00:00 hours local time.
A Trembler Event proceeds as follows:
Trembler events occur with SCP-XXXX manifesting to its target location and proceed to wander around the streets/pathways aimlessly. During the first phase, no action will occur but rather SCP-XXXX assessing the area.
SCP-XXXX continues to wander for an hour as its music volume slowly increases. After the hour, the second phase will initiate. If SCP-XXXX is interrupted by halting in its movement, the second phase will initiate instantly.
During the second phase, the current playing audio will cause severe tremors to erupt within the area. The standard gravitational will weaken tremoundously, causing objects to float. The tremors continue to the current beat of the audio for an extra hour. Seismographs show the tremors slowly increases in strength as the hour progresses. During the event, SCP-XXXX continuelsy exhales SCP-XXXX-2 spores to grow in opened soil. Once the event concludes the entity then dematerializes.
All Trembler Events have been recorded via the Richter scale to be a 7.5 - 9.0 level.
Research indicate that the occurrences of a hostile Trembler event involves nothing with the geological structure of the affected location but rather all originating from SCP-XXXX itself.

Addendum XXXX-02: Blighted dimension discovery #2 (The Canker incident)
This event has been labeled as "The Canker incident" and is the first recorded event of the Blighted dimension spreading. Researchers haven't been able to access the terrain due to SCP-XXXX terminating any fauna that enters the dimension.
A border has been placed around the affected area and any trespassers will be apprehended and amnestized if necessary.
The dimension, originally contained within the hole, however, expanded profusely onto earth's geolocigal structure. As to why SCP-XXXX chose to do so now is unclear. The affected area shows no signs of reverting back to its original state.
