Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-0000 is to be located in a standard cell that must be at least 12 by 8 to allow the object to freely excise, with basic human necessities present within. Preferable SCP-0000 is to be at site 66 or site 17, though can be placed in other sites if deemed necessary.
SCP-0000 is also to be supervised by at least one trained guard when out of containment cell as of incident 3709-10.9.20██ As of incident 3709-5.18.20██ has been placed on suicide watch. As of incident 3709-2.21.20██ SCP-0000’s cell is to have a trained guard armed with a taser gun is to be placed near SCP-0000 cell in case of any attempts of self harming itself.
After every testing SCP-0000 should be stripped naked , placed in a sanitizing shower for no less than 10 minutes and any clothes burned. Research Personnel are to have equipment for medical waste on hand should object suffer any vomiting or diarrhea from testing. All personnel interacting with SCP-0000 outside testing conditions should wear biohazard gear until SCP-0000 is sanitized of all infectious bacteria and shows no signs of vomiting or diarrhea. If SCP-0000 proceeds to expel after sanitizing shower , Personnel are to clean all medical waste and have SCP-0000 return to sanitizing shower with a bucket till expelling stops. Once the object is free of all infectious bacteria , personnel are to hand SCP-0000 a clean set of clothes and to take object to the next location it is scheduled to be. Snacks should always be provided to SCP-0000 after every testing, especially if specimen has expelled intensely.
No personnel or staff are to interact with SCP-0000 with any medical equipment outside of medical produces,medical check ups and DNA sample taking. If SCP-0000 is to act hostile during any procedure no more than 2 guards are needed to pin SCP-0000 down to strap object tightly to a medical table.
After test 3709-███, use of level 4 class and higher approved sleep controlling SCPs may be used to place SCP-0000 into a comatose state should it need to go through a medical operation of any kind. Objects with mind or memory alternating abnormalities with approval of Class 4 or higher personal are to be used on SCP-0000 when necessary.
Safe cross testing is to be approved by level 2 personal while any Echols cross testing is to approved by level 4 personal. As of incident 3709-███ , any cross testing for kater status SCPs must be approved by at least 5 members of the O5 council. DO NOT TEST OUR PATIENCE.
Description:
SCP-0000 is a humanoid female, named Aisha █████████ according to it’s birth record.The object has sharp facial features , black hair and brown skin complexion common among those of Middle Eastern heritage. SCP-0000 is slightly below average in figure with object’s weight at 36 kilograms and height at 1.50 metres , SCP-0000 has shown to lack body strength and agility, making comprehending it a simply task should object start to lash out.
SCP-0000 was █ years old when it was discovered on September 10th 20██ at ████████ Hospital in New York City when Doctor ██████ attempted to pin SCP-0000 down with several other nurses to █████████████ ███████████████████. The foundation was called shortly after police arrived on the scene to several witnesses claiming child abuse and unprofessional behaviour from the staff of ████████ Dentistry. When asked staff members at ████████ Dentistry explained that no amount of Sedation had any effect on SCP-0000 and had to use brute force to █████████████ ███████████████████.
Witnesses and staff have stated that SCP-0000 was dropped off by a humanoid adult presumed to be object’s mother at ████████ Hospital, 12:30 pm, though soon left the area for unknown reasons. Doctor ██████ also confirmed that SCP-0000 was booked an appointment for ████████████████████ but the phone number left by SCP-0000 presumed mother had no response when dialled, further investigation shows that the home address lead to an abandoned flat building at ██████████████████████. SCP-0000 birth certificate was found in the area confirming that SCP-0000 was born on February 22nd ████ at Pripyat Hospital, Ukraine, to mother █████████ █████████ and father ███████████ █████████. No further medical records have been found regarding SCP-0000 family lineage.
Further investigation into Pripyat Hospital shows no other records besides conflicting facts that make it seem impossible for SCP-0000 to have been born there. According to global files Pripyat Hospital was abandoned in 1986 due to radiation, about ██ years before SCP-0000 would have been born. Investigations between the event and SCP-0000 Is on going.
All staff , including ██████ ██████ , and witnesses at ████████ Hospital were given class A amnestics after questioning and SCP-0000 has been placed into the Foundation’s custody for the last ██ years.
Testing has shown that SCP-0000 is immune to all known viruses and illnesses as the specimen remains unaffected by any types of exposure to such illnesses, even when directly injected into its bloodstream. Further investigation shows that SCP-0000 body works similarly to that of average humans besides the abnormal qualities in it’s immune system. SCP-0000 is also unaffected by any amount of chemicals, drugs , bacteria and antibiotics, making surgery and other operations difficult to perform on SCP-0000, more so due to object’s fear of medical staff and equipment. As of now there is no explanation on how SCP immune system works and intense research has gone into learning it’s qualities.
However SCP-0000 is still capable of spreading viruses and bacteria onto personal and must be sanitized after tests before making any contact outside testing conditions. The extent of which bacteria lingers onto the specimen seems to only be skin deep and spreading bacteria by other means such as bodily waste, ████████ and orally have had mixed results.
SCP-0000 blood group is A+ and transfusing specimen’s blood into subjects have made various results depending on blood type. Subject’s whose blood group is either A+ or AB+ have reported improved overall health and in some cases have been cured of some minor illness. Those that have other blood types in are shown to die within 24 hours, even less so if a negative type , with the experience has been described as painful throughout all tests. There is currently no way of transferring SCP-0000 anomalous trait to other personal.
As of tests 3709-██c█ and ███████████████████, SCP-3725 has been proven to only be able to have A+ and AB+ blood transfused and any attempts to transfuse any other blood group into SCP-0000 will result in object going into critical state.
Due to SCP-0000 abnormal immune system , the specimen has shown difficulty staying within healthy weight and if left unchecked could end up malnourished. All staff and personnel are to encourage SCP-0000 to eat at least 4500 calories per day and recommend foods high in fat and protein to maintain a healthy weight. No amount of caffeine have shown to affect SCP-0000. How the immune system affects the items SCP-0000 consumes is still under investigation, but testing has shown that SCP-0000 body will reject certain items the immune system deems hostile and will rid the items by having SCP-0000 vomiting, and in rare cases , go through intensive diarrhea.
SCP-0000 has shown emotional mood swings and signs of trauma after test 3725-███ and test ███████████████, SCP-0000 has began to treat personal with hostility for the last 5 years. Mental health analysis shows that SCP-0000 suffers from anxiety and depression.
To deal with this issue, SCP-0000 has been going to psychotherapy therapy with Professor ██████ on a weekly basis, as well as group therapy with several other humanoid SCPs lead by Professor ███ on a Monthly basis for █ years. All therapy sessions are to be audio recorded in case of inappropriate behaviour of any personal involved.
While SCP-0000 will act more aggressive to personal who refers to object as it’s SCP serial number , there is no repercussions in place for calling SCP-0000 by serial number or “Aisha” and all personal are free to refer to SCP-0000 as they see fit. As stated earlier in this article SCP-0000 is easy to comprehend and poses no serious threat to any personnel.
Testing shows that the objct may even be immune to viruses and chemicals that process abnormal qualities, however the limitations of SCP-0000 immunity is yet unknown and further testing is required to understand how powerful object’s immunity system is. As of this writing SCP-0000 has currently gone unharmed from tests besides test 3709-███ and test ███████████████.
DNA testing has proven that SCP-0000 is biologically human and carries no other abnormal traits besides it’s powerful immune system. Testing has shown that SCP-0000 has no healing abilities and until further noticed is be assumed as an entity capable of injury and death by other means besides illness and overdose.
SCP-0000 has shown intelligence average of a human it’s age and is capable of speech in English, French and Arabic,however SCP-0000 is unable to speak in Ukrainian, further complicating the facts of its origins.

SCP-0000 will not be cross tested with kater SCP’s without at least 5 members of O5 Approval.
‘’ Yes SCP-0000 is a very helpful Object when it comes to becoming closer to SCP’s that we’d otherwise could not contact, but also EXTREMELY delicate due to its unique condition and that it is as of writing one of its own kind. We cannot afford to lose this SCP due to carelessness or curiousity , regardless if the end would justify the means. I cannot stress enough how we could easily lose a vital learning tool if we were to just fling SCP-0000 on to anything. This may change in future if the foundation has found a way to replicate SCP-0000s anomalous immune system, though with recent reproduction test results, that will not be likely anytime soon, if ever.
There’s also the issue that while SCP-0000 has shown to be unaffected by anonymous viruses itself, SCP-0000 is still very capable of spreading those SCPs to other personal, risking high chances of a containment breach if not done so carefully.
Final note, I am very aware of the ethical issues that have aroused since changing SCP-0000 memories of ███████ ████████. But to secure , contain and protect it is in our best interest that SCP-0000 is to never be reminded of the true events that had happened to cause ███████ disappearance in case of SCP-0000 becoming rebellious in response ,or worse fuel it’s suicidal thoughts.’’ 05-█
