Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in an isolated underground bunker(Designated Site-XXXX)located more than 60 kilometres away from human development. The bunker is comprised of numerous military and research facilities relating to SCP-XXXX as well as a large 300m x 300m x 300m chamber situated 1 kilometre below sea level in which SCP-XXXX is contained within. The chamber is to be regularly ventilated and supplied weekly with water and 400kg of animal meat.

The chamber is to be regularly under surveillance by aerial drones for any signs of wear or damage. No personnel are permitted to enter SCP-XXXX's chamber unless SCP-XXXX is in it's dormant state.

In the event of a potential outbreak from SCP-XXXX, a musical tone with a sound frequency of 34hz should be played over the intercommunication speakers spread throughout the facility all personnel should immediately evacuate the area and the site to be contaminated with chemical agent [REDACTED] in an attempt to intoxicate SCP-XXXX and return it back to it's dormant state.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large, vaguely humanoid male creature presumed to be thousands of years old. It is covered in several large horns stemming from its head and shoulders that are capable of being manipulated to extend at immense speed from its body towards a target of interest(The range of the speed has been recorded to be between 90-170km/h). Other notable features of its "normal body" include cracked, reptilian like skin; exposed muscle surrounding it's limbs as well as several serpent-like heads each with their their own facial features implanted onto SCP-XXXX's shoulders, knees, wrists and fingers.

SCP-XXXX is notoriously dangerous due to its immense size, strength and durability particularly if it is involved in a containment breach. It is believed that in its normal body state, SCP-XXXX reaches a height between 50-60 metres depending on the amount of nutrition it has received. Despite its ominous appearance and capabilities, SCP-XXXX does not present an aggressive personality. In fact, SCP-XXXX has been shown to experience severe paranoia when interacting or communicating to all humans excluding certain experienced researchers that have had prolonged contact with SCP-XXXX. It communicates in a laconic and often incomprehensible manner but can speak advanced English and Latin though prefers the former.

However due to SCP-XXXX's often unpredictable nature, the Foundation generally oppose most interaction with the creature in an attempt to prevent it from entering what the Foundation prescribes a "deep psychotic state". This state is only achieved if SCP-XXXX experiences a prolonged stage of stress or paranoia such as certain interaction with personnel as well as witnessing/hearing any mention/appearance of Ancient Greece, the Roman Empire or the [EXPUNGED UNTIL FURTHER CLEARANCE PROVIDED].

When SCP-XXXX experiences it's "deep psychotic state", it anomalously metamorphoses to a more bipedal and gigantic appearance, reaching a height of over 150m and a length of 270m. Unlike its normal body state, its renowned body state unravels numerous serpent-like protrusions nested along its body, each seemingly sentient and hostile towards any living organism near the area. Additionally, its internal organ components can be visible during this state vibrating at unnatural levels while producing a deep, low pitched sound that can be heard up to 100 kilometres away.

It is to be noted that during this state SCP-XXXX becomes extremely hostile and erratic, often targeting inorganic objects or terrain without reason at unrelenting force and ferocity while also prioritising organic life. This state lasts between 5 minutes to 2 hours and always results in SCP-XXXX entering a dormant state for up to a period of several weeks. It is during this time where SCP-XXXX's appearance gradually reverts back to its normal body state.

The O5 Council have personally expressed tremendous interested towards SCP-XXXX, releasing a Foundation wide statement concerning their opinions towards the creature.

It has come to our attention that the impact SCP-XXXX had on our Foundation research and efforts has become extraordinary. It is by far one of the Foundation's most expensive operations to secure and contain this unique specimen as its size and strength proved to be a challenge when we initially considered its containment. Despite this, the specimen is highly valuable to the Foundation considering its history and vague mentions in Greek mythology as well as its physical properties that have sparked immesurable interest between the scientific communities within the SCP Foundation. Therefore, there are no plans
