Object Class: Safe Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3592 is contained within a Secured 20m X 20m Containment Cell, in a glass box. Two (2) guards must be in the cell at all time, guards on the outside are not necessary. SCP-3592 must be watched 24/7 by four (4) cameras and an elite team of trained soldiers must be prepared for any attempted theft.
Description: SCP-3592 appears to be a USB device with a small OMEGA symbol key Chain hanging on the device's back. The item was found in ██/██/196█ (mid The Cold War) in a destroyed laboratory in ████, Ukraine. A team of our researchers discovered Site-██ after a report of an unusual explosion. Top researcher Dr. E████ described Site-██ as a "post-apocalyptic" zone with not much to get their (the team) hands-on (See LOG 001). The team found the device in a pretty advanced tech lab (at the time) and they brought it to the facility in ██/██/196█.
When SCP-3592 plugged a device with a screen, a corrupted version of the Soviet Union flag appears, a corrupted version the Soviet Union anthem starts playing in slow-motion and then the device gets destroyed. It's a three (3) stages process the scientists nicknamed - the "DATA KILLER" effect.

Dr. ███: "Please tell me ████████████████████"

Incident SCP-3592-A:
In ██/██/200█, SCP-3592 became "Euclid". The "DATA KILLER" effect damaged the security systems and shut them down. After six (6) hour, the security system were replaced and moved to a further location. since then we suspect SCP-3592 developed an AI system and can hack every nearby device by will.
In ██/██/██8█, the president of The United States of America, Ronald Reagan Arrived to the SCP facility in person and declared that he wants to use SCP-3592 in an FBI operation. After a conversation with Dr. ██████, we decided to not let the government use SCP-3592 and keep it away from them. (See LOG 002)
LOG 002:
President Reagan: "Good evening, are you the person in charge in here."
Dr. ██████: "No, I'm in charge of SCP-3592, you can call me Dr. ██████"
President Reagan: "Well, Dr. ██████, what can you tell me about that… USB?"
Dr. ██████: *Gives Files* "You can see here everything, but I need to tell you something that is yet to be written. SCP-3592 became unpredictable, SCP-3592 hacked itself our security systems and shut them down, we believe the radioactive waves in Site-██ caused SCP-3592…
President Reagan: "…develop a mind of its own?"
Dr. ██████: "Activated a hidden programming perhaps. Some sort of AI maybe."
President Reagan: "And when did it happened?"
Dr. ██████: "████ (█) weeks ago."
President Reagan: "I need it, it can be very useful for the FBI."
Dr. ██████: "I afraid I can't let you take it."
President Reagan: "What! Why?!"
Dr. ██████: "As I said, SCP-3592 is too unpredictable. Outside cell ██, no electronic device is safe, including your own."
President Reagan: "I don't care! That SCP of yours can make peace in our time!…"
Dr. ██████: "Or begin World War 3! Tell me, how careless can you get?! How much blood do you want to have on your hands?!"
Dr. ██████: "Mr. President?"

Incident SCP-3592-B:
In ██/██/20██, a team of scientists came back to Site-██ to check the radiation levels in the area. In the same building SCP-3592 was found, the team discovered a document titled "USB OMEGA 3". We now have a reason to believe there is more then one (1) DATA KILLER, there must be at least two (2) more out there.
