Matchaaata

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 1m cube aquarium with various aquatic plants, habitats, and a black light. It is to be given a small fish once every evening. Failure to do so is cause for a broken seal in its aquarium. To combat this, a Level 1 repairman is to be sent to check the aquarium every morning, and if a seal is broken, will repair the aquarium as necessary.

Only during experiments shall a Level 2 security guard open the lid of the aquarium, turn off the black light, and immediately leave the Class D test subject in the room. The procedure is to be done hastily. In the event of the test subject going mad, security is free to neutralize them and re-seal SCP-XXXX's aquarium, and turn on the black light.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 0.2m tall Aurelia Aurita with a blue circle pattern covering its umbrella. It doesn't pulse or float; rather, it walks with two tentacles, uses two more tentacles as 'arms,' and combines the rest of its tentacles into a body of sorts.

SCP-XXXX was discovered in the year 2000 traveling around the Sea of Japan, and was captured a year later when public scientists reported intense headaches after gazing at it. It was discovered that SCP-XXXX pulses a psychic wave that causes migraines, hallucinations, and possible telepathy between it and test subjects. Level 3 scientists discovered that ultraviolet light helps to silence its psychic ability.

Test subjects have reported that SCP-XXXX told them secrets about themselves that no one else should know, as well as tell them nonsense relating to [REDACTED].
