Special Containment Procedures: Outpost 92 has been built on the land surrounding SCP-XXXX. The Outpost serves as the living quarters, mess hall, and training area for the various on site personnel stationed there. The only entry point is Guarded 24/7 by a minimum of 4 guards. SCP-XXXX itself is 3 miles below the surface at an undisclosed storage facility below Outpost 92.

Description: SCP-XXXX Is an nuclear warhead measuring approximately 10 meters in height. The radioactive material consists of an compound mixture of human bone marrow and an un-identified bacterial residue. SCP-XXXX, upon activation has the ability to dematerialize biological entities within an 7,000 mile radius. Improper usage of SCP-XXXX could result in possible eradication of Nations or in certain instances [Data Expunged].

Due to SCP-XXXX's deteriorating condition it has been deemed to un-stable to continue testing. Current safeguards are in place to prevent activation of XXXX, however no attempt has been made to Neutralize SCP-XXXX due to concerns of possible activation.

Whilst the affects of SCP-XXXX resulted in minimal loss of life various environmental, and or internal conditions may alter the result, and effectiveness of activation.
