parc naturel régional des monts d'ardèche, France

appears as a large bustling city from the 1950's but upon further observation is devoid of all life. No human, animal, vegetation, or insect life is found inside the city except what vegetation the city grows itself.

Multiple stations and observatories are located inside the containment zone as a means to house personnel and research the city.
Only Foundation Personnel Level 3 are allowed inside the containment zone.
