SCP-XXXX does not require constant monitoring unless an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is identified. When identified the interaction is to be recorded and submitted to Senior Specialist Richard Cassidy for analyst.
For access to SCP-XXXX, researchers of Level 2 and below must submit their request through appropriate channels with a clear list of what questions will be asked of SCP-XXXX. The request will be reviewed by Dr. Cassidy and will be authorized/or rejected depending if it meets standards1.

SCP-XXXX-1 is described by SCP-XXXX to be humanoid figures with no discernable features but vary by size and weight. According to SCP-XXXX, it has been able to see instances SCP-XXXX-1 since it was young. SCP-XXXX does not know why it is capable of seeing SCP-XXXX-1 but has grown used to the constant presence of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX claimed that they can see the spirits of people from the future that have not died yet. SCP-XXXX on record claimed that it has talked to the spirit of relatives and co-workers that are still alive and during this conversation learned of events that have not happened yet3.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX came to the Foundation's attention on 1/05/2017 when Agent █████ Gardner entered a Fortune Teller Business called The Sight Behold owned by SCP-XXXX. Agent Gardner asked SCP-XXXX if her mother would survive an upcoming surgery. SCP-XXXX said that she would survive, but will die soon after from an unforeseen incident. Agent Gardner reported the incident to the Foundation after her mother was checked out of the hospital following her operation, but died in a car crash on the way home. SCP-XXXX was interrogated4 and entered into containment on 4/05/2017 after short surveillance.

SCP-XXXX sat in the interrogation room by itself. It seemed panicked and glared up at the security camera every so often while it waited for someone to talk to. After 15 minutes Dr. Fodder entered, he was accompanied by a security guard.
SCP-XXXX: You can't keep me here. I know my rights!
Dr. Fodder: Please calm down, I just need to ask you some questions.
SCP-XXXX: Ain't I suppose to have a lawyer here for this? I've been arrested before, I know I need a lawyer.
Dr. Fodder: Ma'am, you are not under arrest. We just need you to answer a couple of questions and you'll be able to go home.
SCP-XXXX: I'll get to go home? Fine, let's just get on with this. But if you try to get me to admit to something illegal, I'm pleading the 5th.
Dr. Fodder: That's alright with me. Anyway, the first question is simple. What is your occupation?
SCP-XXXX: I'm a fortune-teller. I know it doesn't sound like a real job, but it brings in the bread.
Dr. Fodder: So, you tell the future? Is this correct?
SCP-XXXX: Well yeah, that is what the job title implies.
Dr. Fodder: Does that also mean that you can tell when someone is going to die?
SCP-XXXX looked around; it was visually uncomfortable. The guard tapped the desk in front of it to regain its attention.
SCP-XXXX: Yeah… sometimes. It isn't something I particularly like.
Dr. Fodder: Understandable. I don't think I would like it either. Now there is someone I want you to meet before we continue.
SCP-XXXX: Who is it?
Dr. Fodder signaled the guard to open the door. Agent Gardner entered the room and took her seat next to Dr. Fodder.
SCP-XXXX: Wait… I remember her. Oh God, I know what this is about.
Dr. Fodder: Good, I'm glad we are on the same page. I would like to ask-
Gardner: How did you know my mother going to die?
Dr. Fodder: Yes what she said. How did you know that her mother was going to die?
SCP-XXXX: God, how do I explain this? I can see… uh… ghost.
Gardner: That's bullshit. How can you know how she is going to die in that crash?
Dr. Fodder: Ms. Gardner, please calm down. No more outbursts or I'll have to have you leave. Now, Ms. Roberts please continue.
SCP-XXXX: Like I said, I can see ghosts. Well, not any regular ghosts, but future ghosts.
Dr. Fodder: Future ghosts?
SCP-XXXX: Yeah ghost from the future. When I was telling the future, I was getting info from her ghost.
Gardner: You were talking to my mom's ghost from the future? That is hard to believe.
SCP-XXXX: I didn't say it was your mom's ghost. It was your ghost.
SCP-XXXX pointed at Agent Gardner and the agent nearly feel out of her seat.
Gardner: My ghost? How is that possible! I'm still alive!Dr. Fodder: Hold on let her explain.
SCP-XXXX: Yeah, it was your ghost. I'm sure of it. The thing had your voice and was shaped just like you. It told me that your mom was going to make it, but she was going to die later in an accident.
Gardner: Oh God… I thought you were just a loon and I was a loon for even paying to talk to you.
SCP-XXXX: I'm really sorry about your mother. Both SCP-XXXX and Agent Gardner looked like they were about to start crying.
Dr. Fodder: I think that is enough for now. Agent Gardner, I would like to talk to you outside. Boski, please take Ms. Roberts to a long term holding cell.
SCP-XXXX: Wait! I thought you were going to let me go home?
Dr. Fodder: Sorry, we need to figure things out before you can let you go.
SCP-XXXX: You lying bast-

SCP-XXXX is curled up in its bed. It seems to be distressed and called for assistance. Finally, Dr. Cassidy and two other scientists, Dr. Paris and Dr. Laker, entered the room followed by a security team.
Dr. Cassidy: What is the issue? Are you hurt?
SCP-XXXX: Forget about me this is important. Something bad is about to happen.
Dr. Cassidy: Dr. Paris, please take notes. What is going to happen, SCP-XXXX?
SCP-XXXX: There is going to be a security break or something, people are gonna get hurt and someone is going to die.
Dr. Laker: How do you know this? Did another SCP-XXXX-1 appear?
SCP-XXXX: I started calling for you guys after it told me. By the way, it's still standing over there but it isn't saying anything.SCP-XXX gestured over to the corner near the door. Everyone turned to look, but nothing was there. Dr. Cassidy ordered Dr. Paris to write this down and ordered for a temporal scan in the location.
Dr. Cassidy: Is there anything more that you can tell us? If people really are in danger then we need to know.
SCP-XXXX: Yeah, I know who the ghost is.
SCP-XXXX looked at Dr. Laker and bit its lip. It looked rather sad as it nodded as if to confirm its thoughts.
SCP-XXXX: Yeah, that's him. I wasn't sure until he spoke, but he has the same voice and shape. I'm really sorry doctor.
Dr. Laker: Wait you think I'm going to die? That's ridiculous, you don't really believe her, right Cassidy?
Dr. Cassidy: I'm sorry, can someone please take Dr. Laker to Safe Room-5. Hopefully, he will be safer there until we get a better understanding of the situation.
Dr. Laker refused to move for a while, however, a member of the security team was able to make him budge and he was removed from the room.
Dr. Paris: Am I going to be okay? Like I'm not going to die, am I?
SCP-XXXX: No you are going to be fine hon. The ghost didn't say anything about you.
Dr. Paris: Thank God…
Dr. Cassidy: So there is going to be a containment breach and Dr. Laker may or may not die during it, is this correct?
SCP-XXXX: Yeah that's right. That is what the ghost said. Something about a beast or whatever causing a breach and then it killed him.
Dr. Cassidy: Do you think this crisis can be adverted?
SCP-XXXX shrugged its shoulders.Dr. Cassidy: Then we will see what we can do, thank you SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX: Please don't call me that. I don't like being labelled by some numbers.
Dr. Cassidy nodded and then rose. The two scientists left, followed by security, and the door was sealed behind them. SCP-XXXX was left alone in the room.
