PTF (Provisional Task Force) November-3 is an elite unit that is tasked with defending the Foundation with their lives. Nicknamed "Nec secutus est Finis*", they are a unit made up of the most trustworthy members of the Foundation.

*Loyal to the End

All of the members were previously in a task force or other combative division before they were recruited. This elite unit has not been used yet, as it is only put into action when the O5 Council members are convinced that the Foundation will fall.

The nickname "Nec secutus est Finis" comes from the fact that the troops in the unit will die defending the Foundation, when the time comes for them to be activated.

This group of brave and loyal Foundation members operate under total secrecy, and similar to Alpha-1, they respond directly to the O5 Council.

The leader of this unit is named [REDACTED] and was previously in [DATA EXPUNGED] before being transferred to November-3.

After the members of this unit die, they shall all be awarded the Foundation Star, and they will be revealed to the Foundation and the world. (Provided that those things both still exist, as November-3 is only activated in a situation when the Foundation, and therefore the world, is at stake.)

Just so you know, the emblem for November-3 has not yet been revealed by the O5 Council.
