Special containment procedures: scp 1230 is contained with in island walls. MTF alpha-9 and MTF epsilon-11 will be on island at most times keeping watch over 1230-a.
Description: scp 1230 is an island off the coast of Washington state. The island is usually were teenagers would go to have summer. The island is near the crash site of the uss kanaloa which is linked to the paranormal happenings of the island. The island has Fort milner which was a communications relay station during World War two where miscommunication sunk the uss kanaloa. Its mostly a wooded island but there is a seafront with a few gift shops and one restaurant. The thing about the island is that it is in the area of a temporal tear which was created by the implosion of the nuclear reactor on board of the kanaloa, this led to how the "sunken" came to be as the crew were sent into a place between time and space. Researcher adler wrote two large reports on her findings on the island such as how her and [redacted] came into contact with the creatures. [redacted] was taken by the sunken as they didn't understand what they were doing.
Scp 1230-a formerly known as Alex has teal dyed hair, brown eyes and tanned skin. She was found trapped on the island because she is trapped in the islands timeloop so we can't take her off island as if she leaves the island within a mile radius she will be forced back to the island through what she describes as a VHS loading up as she sees static and the sound of a tape being rewound, which we assume is the sunken messing with her as she's seen so much that they won't let her go. We have came into contact with 1230-1 (known as the sunken) through 1230-a as she knows how to communicate with them by the use of a ham radio or a shortwave radio. 1230-1 is described as shadowy figures with white eyes who are quite dangerous as they are known to possess humans and use them as a medium to talk through but they also manipulate time such as creating timeloops in certain areas of the island especially near the lake camp site.
Interview 1 with 1230-a: [Alex brought in by security forces and sat on the chair, security team leaves] Dr Morgan: hello 1230-a I'm doctor Morgan and I will be interviewing you about the happenings on this island. 1230-a: please can you call me Alex I don't like being called 1230-a. [alex was in distress, Dr Morgan now refers to her as Alex as it seems to upset her when called 1230-a] Dr Morgan:I'm sorry about the distress I caused Alex. [camera feed starts glitching] 1230-a: it's alright now, so you want to know about the sunken I assume [Alex's eyes suddenly goes red and we assume that one of 1230-1 had possessed her] Dr Morgan:you must be the sunken? 1230-1:yes we are [voice sounded like it was going through a radio] Dr Morgan:what did you do to Alex and her friends 1230-1: she tuned into our dimensional plane of existence so we decided to toy with the girl and her friends so we took her friend clarissa into our home and used her friends as a medium to talk to her so we trapped her on this island. [Alex comes back with blood running down her arm as they left a deep cut on her arm, medical team comes in to take Alex to the medical Wing for examination]
