Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be housed in a standard American one family house in the town closest to Research Site XX with a pair of Foundation personnel posing as SCP-XXXX's foster parents.
The entity is to be given 2 comic books and a novel on a monthly basis. Every month the organism's previous allocation of books is to be disposed of, unless it reports not finishing 1 or more of them.
SCP-XXXX is also to be provided basic education with tutors hired by the Foundation, and transported to Site XX two weeks after every release and kept in a padded cell for another week as to avoid further incidents.
SCP-XXXX is not to be given items heavier than 10kg, or ones that could cause potential injury at any time.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 13 year old human male, able to extend, retract and bend his limbs at abnormal angles during emotional breakdowns which occur for a period of 3-5 days approximately every 2 weeks. It's anomalous properties also appear after more serious1 injuries.
