Containment procedure: Entity must be kept in a 30m by 30m cell made of a mixture of titanium, steel, and diamond. Entity must be fed beef and Chinese/Japanese food only. Entity must be entertained with imprinted subject also known as SCP-5990-1, to play games and exercise daily.
SCP-5990 can roam the facility. But only if given permission by O5-council member or imprinted subject. The subject must always accompany SCP-5990, and keep it under control. SCP-5990 is not to leave facility, and is to stay within given route. SCP-5990 must under any circumstances be angered as it is very difficult to contain if angered, and will continuously destroy it's cell and kill all personnel that are not imprinted. Subject must live in SCP-5990's cell as well as give it continued care. If SCP-5990 does breach containment the highest ranked task force, security and the O5-council must immediately be dispatched across the foundation and the globe, and all thaumiel class entity's are to also be dispatched and used to recontain SCP-5990.
If an instance occurs were SCP-5990-1 is to die all high personnel are to be evacuated and all death row and prisoned personnel are to be put in it's path to slow down the entity, and task forces and thaumiel entity's are to be dispatched as well.
Description: SCP-5990 is a dragon entity capable of ship shifting into human form (however still retaining wings and tail) and is approximately 10ft 5 inches in length, and in human form is exactly 6ft 5 inches in length. SCP-5990 appears to imprint on a kind, respectful, and caring person.
SCP-5990 is capable of destroying the whole foundation if it rages out of control. (Data expunged). It can weild dark elements such as dark fire and lightning. It also has scales that in dragon form can not be even scratched on it's surface. SCP-5990 also if calm is very respectful, understanding, and kind. It also has a knack for playing (data expunged) with it's imprinted subject.
SCP-5990 is capable of destroying every planet in the solar system if on an uncontrolled rage.SCP-5990 is easily angered by (redacted). And is really lonely if imprinted subject leaves cell or is asleep when it is not. SCP-5990 has freedom of speech as well as an IQ of above (redacted). And only sleeps if subject is also asleep.SCP-5990 will be enraged if ignored or denied by (data expunged). SCP-5990 loves the imprinted subject and seems to comply to orders given, as well as take discipline from the subject. It also has a selfish personality for it's subject and will constantly guard an instance of SCP-5990-1, as well as kill guards who get near
SCP-5990-1. SCP-5990 is capable of killing SCP-682 as well as destroy SCP-173 as well. Why it is able to do these things is unknown but, this is being considered.
