Item #: SCP-4510

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4510 is to be kept in its containment paddock, a 75 m x 75 m x 75 m x airtight steel cube, kept at a temperature of exactly 35 degrees celsius or higher at all times. The chamber is to be lined with large heating mechanisms, ready to be powered at any time, in case of an escape attempt by SCP-4510. Daily checks for any thermal cracks, dents, or holes in the chamber are mandatory via security cameras. Security cameras are to be placed within the steel walls of the chamber, each behind a 15.24 cm wall of glass to prevent them from being destroyed by SCP-4510 or SCP-4510-1.

Due to multiple nearly successful containment breach attempts, SCP-4510 is to be kept in site [REDACTED], with no less than 25 guards stationed outside the chamber at all times.

Before any entrance is made into the chamber, SCP-4510 must be sedated, and no life forms of SCP-4510-1 will be present. Sedation will be via narcotic gas propelled into the cell via a remotely controlled seal tight hatch, in the form of a smoke bomb, thrown by no lower than a D Class personnel. Entry to the chamber should be only be for feeding, or repairing, or cleaning purposes. Any other reasons for entry of the containment chamber must be cleared by Dr. ██████. SCP-4510 is to be fed 2 bos taurus daily. The chamber is to cleaned once weekly. If the chamber reaches the point of destroyed beyond repair, SCP-4510 must be contained in [REDACTED] until a more suitable facility is chosen.

If any SCP-4510-1 are able to infect any personnel, they are to be immediately contained in a separate, smaller containment cell than SCP-4510-1 before any signs of SCP-4510-2 are noticed. The cell will be a 3 m x 3 m x 3 m steel cube.

All personnel are forbidden to speak to SCP-4510, after the events of Addendum 4510-B. Only Dr. ██████ may allow access to any personnel and must have possession of SCP-4510-3 at all times after the events of Addendum 4510-C

If SCP-4510-3 is lost, all staff entries to sight [REDACTED] must be locked, and all personnel must be checked until SCP-4510-3 is found.

Description: SCP-4510 appears to represent an olympic blue colored variant of an Naja sumatrana. SCP-4510 is much larger than it's normal counterpart, scaling a size of 107 m long (nose to tail), with large centipede like legs running down the entire body right when the frill ends (15 m from the nose). Each leg is 3 m in length, and immediately cover whatever they touch in a thin sheet of ice. The legs are all the same shade as the scales SCP-4510 is lined with. The eyes of SCP-4510 constantly glow a dim white light. The glow gets brighter as SCP-4510 gets more agitated. The teeth of SCP-4510 are jagged and misplaced, and multiple layers of teeth have been seen within the mouth, almost like the mouth of a Carcharodon carcharias. The tail of SCP-4510 has a large ankylosaurus like tail, which also emanates a white light. When the tail begins to shake violently, the light will glow brighter, and SCP-4510 will begin the release of many SCP-4510-1.

SCP-4510 also has various large black Greek symbols on the back of its frills. On the right frill, the symbols alpha, nu, and delta are displayed, while on the left frill, omicron, gamma, and rho, are visible.

SCP-4510 has an average body temperature of -604 degrees celsius, and the temperature within 1 meter in each direction of SCP-4510 is a temperature of -48.8 degrees celsius.

SCP-4510 was originally discovered on ██/██/████ at the ski resort; █████████ Resort in the United States, and retrieved after the events of Addendum 4510-A. It lived in a large hollowed out, ice covered ravine, 150 meters below ground level. This ravine also held SCP-4510-3 within a large mass of ice discovered by a search team on ██/██/████.

When hunting, SCP-4510 will shake violently, as this happens, 20 m back from the head of SCP-4510 will begin to get covered in a thick layer of dense ice. After 1.17 minutes of this ice forming, two extremely large wings, which resemble that of a Pteropus, will burst from the ice, allowing SCP-4510 to launch 75 m into the air with each flap of the the wings. The wingspan reaches 45 m in each direction. The wings start at the same color as the scales on the body of SCP-4510, and get continuously darker as the wing gets further from the body. As another form of attack, SCP-4510 will shoot a violent ray of frigid wind out of its mouth, temperatures of this wind reaching up to -1674.3 degrees celsius. It takes SCP-4510 approximately ██ seconds to take in a breath large enough to use this ability.

SCP-4510 has two forms of defense, the first form being the release of SCP-4510-1 out from its mouth in all directions at any nearby threats. If the attack continues, SCP-4510-1 will create an ice barrier around its entire body. The density of this specific ice seems to be 500 times more than that of chromium. All attempts to break this layer of ice have failed.

SCP-4510-1 is a small, leech like creature. SCP-4510-1 is .2 m in length, and is a parasitic predator. SCP-4510-1 has many rows of sharp, needle like teeth, no eyes, and small centipede like legs, similar to that of SCP-4510. SCP-4510-1 will crawl at speeds of [REDACTED], at any living organism that SCP-4510 deems a threat. Multiple SCP-4510-1 will [REDACTED] in order for at least one to enter a host, leading the host to bleed out its eyes, until eventually being converted into SCP-4510-2. If SCP-4510-1 does not find a proper host within the time span of 3 minutes, it will shrivel up and take the form of a small ice cube.

SCP-4510-2 is an infected victim of SCP-4510-1. The first signs of infection is a rapid decrees in body temperature, continued by the immediate unconsciousness of the victim. After approximately 5 minutes of the lifeless unconscious state of the victim, it will immediately begin to be covered in a thick layer of ice, until the body is completely covered. This ice state acts like an incubation chamber, for 6-7 months. Once the time passes, SCP-4510-2 will rip its way out of the ice. SCP-4510-2 will emerge emitting the same dull glow that the eyes and tail of SCP-4510-2 across their entire body, however it will keep the same body structure and mass of the original victim in all places except above the upper cranium. At that point, the head of the creature will look identical to that of the head and mouth of SCP-4510-1. SCP-4510-2 will become aggressive towards anything that SCP-4510 deems a threat, or any living creature within 5 meters of itself.

SCP-4510-3 is an old, ripped up, brown tinted scroll, that seems to be water resistant. The scroll reads the sentence [REDACTED] repeated 5 times. If you read the exact words, while holding the scroll, you will immediately begin to have a telepathic link with SCP-4510, no matter how far away you are from each other. SCP-4510 is able to understand and speak english, greek, and italian telepathically, and most likely many other languages as well. When the telepathic link is active however, the reader, and SCP-4510 will know all knowledge about each other's thoughts and minds. Until the telepathic link is broken, the reader and SCP-4510 will know everything about each other. Once broken, everything is immediately is forgotten.

Addendum 4510-A: Supposed civilian attack of SCP-4510
On ██/██/████, SCP-4510 completely decimated a ski lift on the █████████ Resort, with 12 civilian casualties, and 27 injuries. SCP-4510 had risen out of its ravine for the first time in a few years, the first time after the resort was open to the public, and went on a killing rampage. Law enforcement was able to convince all survivors of the attack that the metal ropes of the ski lift somehow snapped under the pressure of the chairs and people.

Addendum 4510-B: Capturing of SCP-4510
Three (3) blackhawk, each with four soldiers, were sent to the position of SCP-4510 in order to sedate it. These were followed by four (4) CH47 chinook, with a large blanket and net attaching them all, in order to bring SCP-4510 to containment. SCP-4510 was lured out of its ravine by planting several dozens of explosions across the face of the mountain, leading it to assume there might be some sort of large meal waiting for it at the surface. When first spotted by the soldiers, they immediately opened fire, using many elephant tranquilizer darts. SCP-4510 sprouted its wings to be able to reach the ensuing helicopters, successfully ripping one out of the sky with a large lunge. It took down another with the frost breath attack, leading it to fall and crash into [REDACTED]. The third helicopter was able to sedate SCP-4510 after 15.32 minutes of combat.

Addendum 4510-C: Containment Breach

When testing with SCP-4510-3, it was first given to a D Class personnel. D-5921 read the exact words, and as the words finished, D-5921's eyes began to have the same dull glow that SCP-4510 has. D-5921 stood stiffly, quietly mouthing certain gestures such as "hello", "how are you", and "why do you think you are here". As this test was continuing, SCP-4510 breached containment by somehow learning the weakest spots of the wall, and using all of its energy to blast through it. Once out [REDACTED] personnel were infected by SCP-4510-1, and all put in separate containment cells for future testing. It was later found out that it was possible that SCP-4510 breached containment by reading D-5921's mind, in order to find out how to break out.
