Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5376 is to be stationed in a specialized hallway and plugged in at all times. The watertank of SCP-5376 has to be cleaned and refilled every week to prevent the tank from forming lime.
Description: SCP-5376 appears to be a usual water dispenser with a 5 liter watertank and a white corpus with a height of 150 cm.
When the button to dispense water is pressed, SCP-5376 starts to speak and asks the one who pressed the button to put any kind of liquid container (preferably a cup) inside of it. It's voice appears to be an approximately 28 year old male and asks for a wish as soon as a container was put inside SCP-5376. When the person who pressed the button asks a wish, SCP-5376 may or may not grant the wish. In most cases it only seems like a bluff, and the wish does not even come true.
Usually, the wish that was asked would become true when the water, that was filled into the container, was drunk. When the wish, that was asked, is impossible to fulfill, or the wish sounds completely absurd, SCP-5376 reacts with a "No." and does nothing after.
